Sandals for sale
Summer is over (Autumn officially begins next Sunday) and, while it is never really over here in South Florida, there is one thing that signals the end: All those sandals you coveted the past few months are probably on sale!
My most fave (and most used) pair this summer was the Nine West Twinstars thong sandal in black patent. Bought them in May for $65 and have worn them practically every weekend since. Nothing like patent leather and cork heals to deal with summer rain -- love it! These are the kind of shoes that are so comforable and stylish that you wish you had bought them in other colors.
So it dawned on me recently to check ninewest.com. Sure enough, I found a pair in my size for half price ($29.99).
This pair is yellow patent leather -- a sunny reminder of summer to get me through fall and winter.
