If you’ve got necktie wearers on your holiday shopping list, give them some South Florida style with a tropical-themed silk tie from South Beach Ties. The three-year-old Miami-based company was started by two couples —Shawn and Evans Crews and Christian and Teresa Thornburg —and now offers 30 different designs with decidedly South Florida motifs.

Where else would you find ties featuring bikinis, manatees, stone crabs, guayaberas or palm trees? Made in Italy, the men’s ties are $65. For the committed necktie wearer, there’s even a tie of the month club: 12 ties for $550. Bow ties are $46 and a bow tie and cummerbund set is $105. Women’s scarves are $46. There are even kids ties for $48. The company will soon add belts and sandals.
