Far be it for me to make you shoppers feel quilty about your pleasurable pastime.

But this video about the harm caused by all those plastic shopping bags is something many of us never really thought out properly.

Buy an eco-friendly and fashionable bag or two. Save the planet.

Love my Publix green bags -- they hold more than the plastic ones and they stand upright in my car trunk. Whole Foods and Ikea also have ones with cute designs.

And if you bring reusable bags to Whole Foods, they credit you 5 cents a bag.
