Looking for that perfect gift for a friend of Cuban heritage?

A new Cuban apparel store called Colba opens 9 a.m. July 1 at Dadeland Mall. The store is named after the name Cuba was originally given by Christopher Columbus.

The store will sell T-shirts with famous Cuban phrases, polo shirts featuring an engraving of the island of Cuba, Jackie Sarracino Gem Collection cigars, Cuban art, and Cuban-themed accessories.

The store is a division of Maxoly Miami FLA, which was founded by Maximo Sarracino. The company's first Cuban apparel store is still located on Little Havana's Calle Ocho. -- Marcia "Bargain Hunter" Pounds
