Sex and the City: Cool furniture
You aren't sick of Sex and the City yet, are you? I'm not.
Vogue's Web site has a link to show Sarah Jessica Parker and Chris Noth on their tour of New York and behind the scenes of the photo shoot. See Vogue video
So why is this a shopping post? The clothes, of course, and a shot of the cool chest from Kindel that are reproductions of the iconic black-and-gold Dorothy Draper chests. I remember them as a chest I loved from my childhood.
The Espana Bunching Chests are sold locally at Robert Allen/Beacon Hill showroom at the Design Center of the America, 1855 Griffin Road, Suite B-124, Dania Beach, 954-920-2244. Suggested retail is $5,585 and it can be made in any size or any color, according to Leslie, the showroom manager.
Love these. Maybe I'm channeling Draper.

Sex and the City seems to have a polarizing effect on both men and women... people either love the movie or they hate it

I agree, Patrick. My husband and I both loved it and will probably buy it when it comes out on DVD. A friend, who used to have the SATC ring tone on her cell and was a big fan of the HBO show hated it. But, most of all, she hated what Mr. Big did to Carrie.
