Free bridal gowns for military brides

If you are engaged and are on active duty in the military or have a fiance on active duty, you may be able to get a free designer wedding gown worth up to $1,800.

Bill South, co-owner with his wife, Patricia, of Patricia South The Bride's Choice, says to qualify you must show them deployment papers to Iraq or Afghanistan for you or your hubby to be and a military ID. Ten wedding gowns will be given away at the event on a first come, first serve basis. The event, which celebrates Veterans Day, will be held on Nov. 11. Brides do not have to reside in the area where the giveaway is taking place.
