Carrie Bradshaw stilettos for your little girl
When I got an e-mail with this photo, I thought it was totally adorable. So did my buddy, Joy, who has a baby girl. But my boss, who has two children, thought it was terrible to put babies in high heels.
These high heels for babies are actually soft crib shoes for 0-6 month olds. They aren't intended for walking because they will collapse with weight. The shoes sell fro $35 a pair at heelarious.com.
You tell me: Is this funny or degrading? Let's start a discussion.
I think the worst thing that can happen is your little angel's first words will be "Jimmy Choo" followed by "Manolo."

Babies and pets aren't possessions or toys for your amusement. The only concern should be what's best for the baby, not what will make your equally stupid friends go "awwww".

IT'S CHILD ABUSE. PLAIN AND SIMPLE. A BABY'S FEET NEED SUPPORT, NOT A BALANCING ACT. THERE IS ALSO THE PEDOPHILE ASPECT OF THIS..........DISGUSTING

I don't think it is child abuse I just think it is pure ridiculous! What mother would even think they are cute?

Thanks, folks, for your opinions. We will let you know if we hear anything more about these women.
One thing we should all agree on: The baby in the photo is adorable!

Aside from my dislike of their appearance, as a massage therapist I've spent most of the last 20 years explaining to clients how heels cause pain, all the way from the feet to the neck {then I thank them for wearing heels and keeping me in business}.
If you're gonna teach her to wear heels, you might as well teach her how to smoke too.

A product for people who have more money than brains.
