Pumps for work: Should they be sexy?
I like these DKNYC leopard calf pumps, $89.99, from Piperlime.com. But are they appropriate for work? Guess it depends on your line of work.
I saw someone in my office building wearing similar pumps. Then I began observing many more women wearing their Sex and the City type pumps to work: silver metallic ballet shoes with a big black bow at a legal seminar; spike heels on the streets of Las Olas Boulevard. They were wearing dark suits or other appropriate workwear. Their shoes must be their rebellion.
I can't see wearing these shoes to work, but neither do I like clunky types.
