Strategic shopping means taking advantage of BOGOs (buy-one-get-one-free) and using your manufacturers coupons when items are on sale.

This week there are a few items I intend to buy at Winn-Dixie before their sale is over. (Winn-Dixie sales start on Wednesday and run through the following Tuesday.)
