Home Depot coupon - Buy one package of bulbs get one free

Does anyone plant bulbs in Florida? I'm curious....I have a friend in Atlanta that has the most beautiful yard full of daffodils she grew from bulbs...

I have only heard of South Floridians "forcing" bulbs by storing them in the crisper in the fridge to simulate winter or using them one time only in a pot.

That said, in a previous house, there were some day-lillies that would come up in our lawn each year. So perhaps some bulbs do manage, but I've never seen a daffodil in the ground here.
