Printable coupon for Blue Diamond almonds - BOGO at Walgreens

almonds1.jpgHave seen Dr Perricone on Oprah? And his list of 10 superfoods?

He says, "If you want to dramatically decrease your risk of cancer, heart disease and diabetes, control your weight with no hunger pangs and reduce the visible signs of aging like wrinkles and sagging skin, I recommend that you "go nuts." Here's how:

When thoughts turn to food between meals, enjoy a handful of raw, unsalted nuts. They're extremely filling and satisfying—and healthful."

And expensive. But this week Blue Diamond almonds are BOGO (buy-one-get-one-free) at Walgreens (until 3/14/09) and you can print 2 coupons for an additional $1 off 2. Normally $3.49, this week $2.49 for 2, or $1.25 each.

For a list of coupon match-ups for this weeks Walgreens sale, have a look at Momsbyheart.com.

I love the Wasabi almonds, and may swing by Walgreen's this afternoon, but it's a bit misleading that you quoted Dr. Perricone - these nuts are neither raw nor unsalted!

Thanks for joining us Maria. Blue Diamond also has 'Whole Natural' almonds at Walgreens with 0% salt. They actually have quite a few flavors. I just used the picture of the Wasabi one because it was clearer for the blog purposes. You guys keep me on my toes!!!!

they're BOGO this week too (through Sat 7/18) but the coupon value at the website is now 50 cents off one.
