I've been resisting the dominatrix-style sandals.

But these Nine West "Jessica" sandals caught my eye. They're marked down 25 percent to $49 and if I buy another pair, I get the whole purchase 20 percent off.

Is it time for some sexy sandals? Is it always? -- Marcia "Bargain Hunter" Pounds
