Obama Chia Pet: Walgreens pulls Chias off store shelves

Those of you who commented on our blog that it was terrible to do a Chia pet with the head of President Obama, rejoice!

Walgreens has felt your pain and is pulling the pet from its stores, according to the Chicago Sun-Times. The newspaper says this leaves about 200,000 of the pottery plant kits in a West Side Chicago warehouse.

Weigh in again, folks. Was this justified or over reacting?
