Free food: French's mustard BOGO at Publix, with coupons it's free!
If you are a couponer, then all I have to say is that French's 8-oz Yellow Mustard is BOGO at Publix this week, and there are coupons for .75 off in the 5/10 Smart Source insert. Use two coupons and get 2 mustards ($1.45) better than free. No Smart Source? Print .50 coupon here.
If you are not a couponer, but are thinking about starting, this is the way it's done. Collect more than one set of coupon inserts each week, save them for a sale, or BOGO (buy-one-get-one-free.) That way you get more bang for your buck.

Here's another free after coupon at Publix this week - Purina Beneful Dog Food 3.5 lb bag is BOGO for 5.xx (not sure of the Florida price) - go to http://www.giveabowl.com and take a little quiz. at the end of the quiz you can print a coupon for 3.50. I know you can print it at least 2x from each computer you have access to... might be more. You also get to designate a local animal rescue organization to have Purina donate $1 to when you redeem your coupon. If you don't have a dog you can still buy these and donate them.... they are better than free and you would be helping a hungry animal.
Also, I posted it on the other thread but another good deal that does some good - Nonni's biscotti - BOGO for 2.99 - use 2x $1/1 from the Smart source on 5/3 - .50 ea after coupon. then go home and enter your upc codes on their website and they'll donate .50 to breast cancer research...

Thanks Andrea, we look forward to your informative posts. If I get a minute I may give both of these items their own post.
