Nine West coupon: 30% off regular priced items and 20% off sale items

I was hoping these turquoise slip-on sandals from Nine West were going to become part of my summer uniform: a jeans skirt and washable t-shirt with slip-on flats. Alas, they don't come in narrow. What's your errand-running summer outfit, do you have one?

The sandals are MYPLAN, $69.99 on sale for $49.99. They also come in white but I can't quite get over the aversion to white shoes we had in high school. We didn't wear pointy high heels with jeans then either. Oh, my, prom shoes with jeans? Does anyone else still carry 'fashion baggage'? Do tell...
