Coupons in Advance: Over $400 in coupons in Sunday's Sun Sentinel
There are over $400 in coupons in Sunday's Sun Sentinel, 6/21. Click here to see the lists. The $2 off Starbucks ice cream coupon is reason enough to get at least 2 papers. It's all over the Internet that it's BOGO at Publix this week, but I called my Publix, they said not. When its buy-one-get-one at $3.79, you can use two coupons and it will be FREE!
Marcia "Bargain Hunter" Pounds and Super Saver Kathy Haines strike a pose at the Tweet-Up at Bahia Mar Thursday night. Erika had to work...someone had to get the paper out!
The best part of the Tweet-Up was seeing my Sun Sentinel co-workers, now that I work in Deerfield, I miss the Lauderdale gang. Doreen made my night when she said Shop-O-Matic influenced her to use coupons...she looks forward to seeing how much she saves on her receipts. Her high so far is $78. What's yours?

Good tip Andrea. I saw that on Coupon Mom, about a BOGO at Publix, but I called my Publix and they said it's not BOGO this week. Did you see it somewhere else as well? Or at another Publix?

Don't know if this link will post correctly, but I'll try. Regardless Ben & Jerry's is BOGO and Bluebell is $3.99.
I refuse to buy Ben & Jerry's, but I'll keep my political views to myself! lol

it says it right underneath ben & jerrys in the ad
look on specials.publix.com and it is on page 8. 2nd box down on the left column.
It says "Ben & Jerrys Ice Cream buy 1 get 1 free or frozen yogurt or sorbet or starbucks coffee ice cream assorted varieties 1 pt carton quantity rights reserved save up to $4.05"
this might take you right to it... not sure

KCK - I see we tried to both post the same link LOL
I'm still going to assume starbucks is BOGO. I'll bring it to the desk and have them try it when I get there. I am going to the dollar store to get an extra paper in the morning....

All right, I believe you guys! I want to do a separate post for Starbucks, but not if its not real. That's why I called to double check. Then I thought it's not worth the brouhaha if it's wrong. You guys can't EVEN imagine the brouhaha wrong information causes at the paper!!! Okay, I'm going for it...here goes....

looks like thursday's event was just awesome!!
that is a great photo!!
the most I ever saved on (1) one trip was $58.75
I went for the bogo's and used only one coupon for each item I purchased at publix. I walked out of that store with over $100.00 worth of food and staples for $41.25 - I was amazed and very happy. It took a bit of planning and some of the items were bogo but I haven't been able to fill my pantry for the longest time under a over squeezed budget and not a full week's worth of work.

Hey Michele- Thursday's event WAS fun...a way for Sun Sentinel writers, bloggers and Tweeters to meet their readers. We had fun seeing co-workers out of the office environment, but no 'couponers' came.
We would love to meet our readers. Maybe the next time...??
Sorry about the budget, things are tight in Florida, aren't they? I know what you mean about planning. The planning and clipping are taking up what used to be my fun time.

I'd love to be able to go - unfortunatly it's a little too far & I have no sitter and my dh works nights....

There is some talk of a 'coupon meet up'or trade some day. When we work on it, we'll try to find a better time for our moms out there.
