Free Starbucks ice cream with coupons
Free Starbucks ice cream. "How?" you ask. Get 2 $2 off Starbucks coupons from Sunday's Smart Source coupon insert. You have to get 2 papers, or get the second coupon from a friend, but with $400 in coupons in Sunday's Sun-Sentinel, I'd say the second paper is a good investment.
Starbucks ice cream is BOGO (buy-one-get-one-free) at Publix through Wednesday, so head on over and get two for $3.79, give them two $2 off coupons, one for each ice cream, and actually make a few cents. They don't give you change so get something else while you are there.
Did you know you could use two coupons with a BOGO? If you aren't familiar with this, you are missing some great deals. Do yourself a favor, and register at couponmom.com, download her free eBooks, and read about couponing. You will thank me for this later.
If you didn't get two papers, you can print a coupon for $1.50 off Starbucks here. Use your back button to print two. These coupons don't last forever so print now!

Whew! This post created quite a brouhaha this morning. So many nasty comments! Apparently there are folks out there that don't agree with 2 coupons with a BOGO.
I was at work, and very busy, so I had to call "Bargain Hunter" Marcia to remove the post. It was getting ugly and I wanted to monitor, or at least respond, but had to work on something else.
I'm sorry you all didn't get to see the posts, we lost them when we deleted the post. One guy faked a log-on as PublixMgr to make his point...
Of course, on my way home, I had to test the sale, make sure the two coupons worked with the BOGO, so in a minute I will be enjoying one of my free Starbucks Caramel Macchiato ice creams.
But hurry, there were only a few left when I went. What flavor did you get?

I printed the $1.50 coupon from the website you posted earlier (however, I can't find what the website was, lol). Also you can print it directly from the Unilever website
https://ssl.unilever.com/starbucksicecream.com/Coupon-Reg.aspx?coupon=b
If you want the Ben & Jerry's, as it is BOGO along with the Starbucks, you can go to Smart Source and print a $1.00 coupon.
I just came home from Publix and used the 2 coupons for 2 Starbucks with no problems.

Sorry, I forgot the link for Smart Source.

BTW, I bought one caramel and one mocha and will try one after I eat dinner.

I know! It's the Starbucks website, where I got the coupon. I lost the first link that took you clearly to a page on the website, when we took that first post down. I have spent entirely tooo much time on this today, at this point, as long as the coupon is there, what you see is what you get.
Thanks for the tip on Ben and Jerry's and that link. We love that kind of interaction. Keep it coming.
I have to do laundry and pack for a trip. I'm done with free Starbucks for tonight.

it's starbucksicecream.com - on the right side of the page it says "get $1 off" or "get $1.50 off". if you see the page w/ $1 you can hit refresh till you see $1.50
i was trying to post while you were taking down the page LOL

ps - it's ok if they are out - just get a raincheck! :D

Ha! I knew I could count on you to come to my rescue Andrea. You would have made sense out if it for me! Maybe it was just me, getting too distracted from the work at hand. Did you think it was getting ugly?
Posted by: Super Saver Kathy | June 21, 2009 10:04 PM
yes - I often do though so maybe I am not a good judge LOL

I noticed you mentioned BOGO and you enjoy the art to saving money, so I wanted to quickly tell you about my website BOGOfetcher.com:
You can get local BOGO (Buy One, Get One) deals emailed to you weekly from BOGOfetcher.com! Over 90 nearby grocery stores, more than 15 neighborhood pharmacies, plus the shoe stores, fast food and other places you already shop have amazing bargains you can receive weekly, at no cost. No personal info is required other than your email address, city and state so we can send you the BOGOs in your area. You can even do a local search without signing up using the “Find BOGOs” tab! After that the BOGO's will begin to roll in. And simply unsubscribe if you’re not satisfied.

I love BOGOfetcher! I go there to get all the BOGOs in one location.
I agree, the posts were getting ugly. Such a shame.
I did wonder if anyone knew if the Starbucks were BOGO at all Publix stores. It wasn't in the circular, is it an in store special? I did get the B&J with a coupon they had in the front of the store.
Thanks and happy savings!

Hi Chris, it was in small print under Ben & Jerrys in the ad
David - thanks - I'll check it out.... sometimes I have a specific coupon I am hoping for a BOGO for - like right now 8 o clock coffee... so I check every circular. sounds like your site will save some effort
Posted by: Andrea | June 22, 2009 9:41 PM
David - a suggestion for your site - can you include the price?
otherwise... terrific idea

It's the last day of the sale, and I just took my coupon to the Publix in Dania Beach. Starbucks Ice Cream was not on sale, but Ben and Jerry's was. I'll hang on to my coupon.

I should clarify that an employee at Publix insisted that the ice cream was not on sale. I went home and pulled the flyer and called the manager. I had to read the flyer to her a couple of times and then speak to the manager, who offered to issue a raincheck. By the time we were finished, it was too late to go back. I'll still hang on to the coupon.
Posted by: B. | June 24, 2009 10:39 PM
after all that I'd get the manager to write you a raincheck now even though the sale is over...

Where I work B1G1 free. You can only use one product since you are NOT buying the other one.

If it's a Publix, you should check with your store manager, because that is not the Publix store policy. If it's not Publix, then the rules may vary, of course. The two Walgreens nearest me (Federal and Davie Blvd, and Oakland Park Blvd at 15th Ave. in Ft Lauderdale) will not take two coupons, no fun, but most will. YOu should tell us where you work and we will sure try to remember not to come there couponing!
