Fall foot fashions beckon despite record South Florida heat

Yes, agreed South Florida is an anomaly when it comes to seasons, but we can't help but fall in love with fall... and its fashions.

While sandals might be the more practical footwear today, I couldn't help but fall for some boots and other closed-toe beauties from Aerosoles while I was in New York late last month.

There's just one Aerosoles store in the area, in Boca Raton's Mizner Park. But here's a glimpse of what you can also find online- and what caught my eye.

The rich chocolate brown suede boots on the left look comfortable enough for you to prance around town all day. The buckled ankle strap gives it just enough flair. Price tag: $74.25, on sale.

And I fell hard for these plum suede and leather trimmed shoes with tasseled laces on the right. Now, this is a shoe I tried on that is incredibly comfortable. You're walking on clouds. I'm still thinking about these. They will run you $89.

If you're like me, set on getting a pair of eggplant toned shoes this season (cause plum seems to be all the rage), here's a cheaper and South Florida appropriate alternative. Suede heeled sandals for $59.99.

Happy shopping, and to check out more of Aerosole's online sales go here.
