Adam Lambert's debut album cover art revealed
I'm an American Idol junkie, and Adam Lambert was one of my favorite contestants ever. I could watch his performances over and over, and did, thanks to Tivo. Not only was he a good singer, but what a showman, and too charming...that smile...swoon. :)
It must be the teacher/mother in me. I literally had tears in my eyes watching grumpy Simon give him a standing ovation...so cool to see these talented young folks realizing their dreams.
His long awaited album's scheduled release is late November, but they just disclosed the cover art. Can you say controversial?
What do you think? Like it? And...the big question...are you going to buy his album? Kris Allen's will be released the week before...who's buying? --Super Saver Kathy

not really sure what is so controversial about this cover?

I have to say that the cover art on an album has never even entered into my decision to purchase or not purchase an album. I am a 52 year old fan of Adam, voted for him all the way, and can't wait for his album.

Yesterday on yahoo.com there were over 4,000 comments left. A variety of opinions, but most were negative. Some said it looked like a cheap glamour shot, others said he looked like a woman. Etc, Etc

I respect his musical talent, and I think he is very beautiful, maybe not in a conventional "man" sort of way, but I love his voice.

I think he has AMAZING talent & that he absolutely should have won. I think the cover looks like a former member of Poison having a solo career though. Even the "For Your Entertainment" font is something off of my 1988 yearbook cover. I'm sure what's inside will be better than the outside of the album
