It's Coupon Chaos time again. Enter you best tips of the week, and lets help each other be good strategic shoppers!

We had a lot of coupons expire at the end of January, so we need to get familiar with the new ones. I left a pile of expiring P&G inserts with some store clerks last week. I hope they could use them. What do you do with expiring coupons?
