South Florida Women's Expo coming to Fort Lauderdale on Saturday, Sunday


Learn secrets to permanent weight loss, how to protect yourself with self defense and get tips on how to balance your hormones naturally at the free South Florida Women's Expo coming to Fort Lauderdale on Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 23-24 at the Coral Ridge Mall.

The expo will offer hourly demonstrations, wine tastings and prize giveaways-- and loads of vendors -- beginning at 11 a.m. Saturday. Here's the lineup:

11 a.m. and 3 p.m.: Ballroom dance demonstration and lesson (with group participation)
Noon and 5 p.m.: "Women's Self Defense Demo"
1 p.m.: "What's the Deal With Social Media?"
2 p.m.: "Five Secretes to Permanent Weight Loss"

1 p.m. "How to Maximize Social Media to Promote Your Organization"
2 p.m.: Dance demo and lesson
3 p.m. "Balancing Your Hormones Naturally"
4 p.m.: Women's Self Defense Demo

There will be a host of vendors selling jewelry, skincare, nutrition, wellness, home improvement and family services.
