Save $10 on $50 check at The Cheesecake Factory

Get $10 back on a $50 purchase at The Cheesecake Factory through Foursquare.com and American Express.

To get the free money, securely link an eligible Amex card to your Foursquare account. Then, launch the social networking app on your smartphone, click the "Explore" and orange "Specials" buttons. Select The Cheesecake Factory special and check in when you dine. Use your synced Amex card to pay the check of $50 or more and you'll automatically get a $10 statement credit.

The special is unlocked each time you check in. You must sync your card BEFORE you dine to get the credit.

While on the subject of Foursquare, you can save and get freebies using the social networking app even if you don't have an Amex card. It pays to have an account. Local merchants, from restaurants to bars and department and specialty stores, offer treats and deals that are unlocked when you check in. There are offers at Neiman Marcus, McDonald's, Chick-fil-A and so many others. Try it and see!
