You won’t have to work hard to score Labor Day savings with our roundup of freebies and deals on dining and fun things to do around South Florida.

Romano’s Macaroni Grill is offering a Facebook coupon on its fan page for buy-one-get-one free meals through Monday. Bonus: Get a $15 statement credit on a $50 purchase when you pay with a synced American Express card through the Link, Like, Love program or with a Fouquare.com check-in. The offers expire Monday.

Carrabba's Italian Grill: Save $10 with purchase of any entree; expires Sept. 30.

Denny's: Save 20 percent off your total check; expires Wednesday.

Burger King is selling Real Fruit Smoothies for $1 on Friday through Monday. The Miami-based fast food chain is offeing the cool deal on three fruity flavors: Strawberry Banana, Tropical Mango or Raspberry.

IKEA is offering free eats on Saturday through Monday with home furnishing purhcase. The store will deduct your restaurant receipt total from any home furnishings purchase of $100 or more, before taxes. You must buy and eat in the restaurant; the offer’s not valid in the Bistro, market or on purchase of gift cards. There are locations in Sunrise and Orlando.

Firehouse Subs giving away a free medium sub when you buy a sub, chips and medium drink with a coupon good at particpating locations. Print it now!

FREE & CHEAP FUN

Bank of America’s Museum on Us Program lets you visit nine South Florida museums for free on Saturday and Sunday with a BOA or Merrill Lynch credit or debit card. On the list: Museum of Art Fort Lauderdale, Miami Children’s Museum and the South Florida Science Museum in West Palm Beach, among others.

The Fort Lauderdale Strikers take on the Tampa Bay Rowdies at 7:30 Saturday at Lockhart Stadium in Fort Lauderdale. Save $4 per ticket and save $2 on fajitas with a text coupon compliments of Palm Beach County Pollo Tropical restaurants. Game tickets normally cost $10.

Bonnet House Museum and Gardens in Fort Lauderdale is offering half-off admission for Family Fun Day on Saturday. Admission is $10 for adults, $9 for seniors, and children 12 and younger are free. Hours and address at at BonnetHouse.org.

Regal Premium Experiences: $6 movies ($5 for Regal Crown Members) for "Dark Night Rises," "Marvel's The Avengers," "The Amazing Spider-Man 3D," and "The Hunger Games," at RPX theaters in Miami and Royal Palm Beach. Offer ends Sept. 6.
