Free health tests, 12-month AARP membership from Walgreens

Get free health test and a 12-month AARP membership valued at $16 with the Walgreens Way to Well program.

Book an appointment at (Walgreens.com/findahealthtest or call 877-926-3968) to get a free blood glucose, body composition or blood pressure test and fill out the voucher (print from the link below). Tests take about 20 minutes.

After the test, ask the pharmacist for the AARP membership form and fill it out. The staff will send it in for you or mail it yourself.
