H&M opening flagship store in Miami Beach on Thursday

H&M is set to open its flagship store in Miami Beach at noon on Thursday.

Hennes & Mauritz's new 24,000-square-foot space will open at 551 Lincoln Road in inside the historic art deco Lincoln Theatre.

H&M is celebrating by offering the first 500 shoppers in line a "Access to Fashion Pass" valued from $10 to $500 and also will offer steals on clothes for women and men. The two-floor space and also will carry special top designer collections and "shop-in-shop" accessories.

“We are thrilled to finally open our flagship store in Miami Beach,” says Daniel Kulle, U.S. President for H&M, said in a release. “Opening in such a historic location will be one of our proudest U.S. expansion moments to date. We have worked closely with the Miami Beach Historic Preservation Society to protect the iconic nature of this beautiful space while adding the excitement of H&M’s high fashion and quality collections. ”

The Swedish retailer also has a store in The Gardens Mall in Palm Beach Gardens and is set to soon open a third 24,000-square-foot store in Aventura Mall.

Hours at the Miami Beach store will be 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday-Thursday, 10 a.m. to midnight on Friday and Saturday and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Sundays.
