Get free, authentic Italian recipes from the Olive Garden's Culinary Institute of Tuscany in Italy.

The popular restaurant chain offers scores of free recipes for drinks, appetizers, pizzas, sauces, main courses, side dishes, desserts. The recipes are used at the institute which is nestled in an 11th century Tuscan village where 1,200 of the chain's chefs and managers have been trained.

In addition to the recipes, follow along as Olive Garden's chef Paolo prepares the dishes in helpful videos, too. We're intrigued by the Baked Stuffed Artichokes with Foccacia, right.

We're baking today and were searching for cookie recipes when we came across a free, downloadable copy of "Pillsbury's Holiday" cookbook from 2008.

The 94-page electronic cookbook contains Pillsbury's most requested recipes. It has appetizers, desserts, side dishes, entrees and also offers helpful tips on gift-giving and entertaining, too.

It's a little clunky to use at first, but it's searcheable, which is a big plus. The Santa Claus Cookies on Page 15 are adorable.
