New mattress from Better Homes & Gardens
It took the folks who make mattresses a while to catch on, but these days they are selling more than comfort. They are selling names you respect.
The latest on the brand-oriented bandwagon is the Better Homes & Gardens line by Five Star Mattress, which was introduced at the World Market Center Las Vegas.
The new line of eight beds will retail from $799-$1,599, according to the trade newspaper Furniture Today. It will arrive in furniture stores and sleep shops in March. The sizzle they are selling: “Designed by women, for women.”
How about the insides? They feature pocketed coils for reduced motion transfer, foam encasement for edge support, and temperature-friendly memory foam and latex.
Tell us. Would you buy a mattress because it has a Better Homes & Gardens label?.
