The only toys I will let my dog have is the Nylabone and/or Kong Products from Petsmart, for tough chewers...you just ask them for the toughest chew toys in the store and they will usually come up with one of these ...they make them in small sizes for the smaller dogs too...These are really hard, are almost impossible to chew apart...and for the cat, I only get her crinkle toys covered with cotton, no eyes that can fall off, etc. the line I like is Fat Cat, Inc., the Krinkle series...you can get them at Petsmart...Oh, she also loves the Turboscratcher, but as far as chew toys, the Fat Cat series is the best.

Just purchase a couple of these guys for my terriers. So far so good and most toys are "dead" within a half hour or so. It's been a few days and to my dismay (but their delight) they are still squeeking and going crazy. I was concerned about the arms/tongue(on the frog) being something that could easily be torn off. Though I haven't had any problems yet I will keep a close eye on them.

UPDATE: It's been two days since my post on the Squeeze Meeze. The squeak is still going strong on these little guys but the frog is now tongueless. It happened in a tug of war over the toy and pop there goes the tongue. Luckily neither of them swallowed it! Still for two strongly prey-driven terriers I am surprised at how well these toys have held up.

Amanda: My Norman ripped one of the arms off so now I have to pinch the hole shut with my fingers to make it squeak. : ) So even if your Meeze does loose some of it's limbs, it will live on.
