TGIF! Rescue dogs rock.

Happy Friday!

Lulu and Lolly, whose Maltese Road Trip exploits landed them in national magazines, are featured in what their two-legged groupies believe may be the first rock video promoting the adoption option.

I'll post more on this pair later. In the meantime, enjoy.

And as Lulu and Lolly say:
Looking for someone to rock your world? Try your local shelter.

I am very passionate about the pure Joy that rescue dogs bring to their companions! I learned about Lulu and Lolly on dogster and discovered their efforts in helping ARNO (Animal Rescue New Orleans) on their website. (http://www.luluandlolly.com/)
Folks in New Orleans could use all the help in the world right now! With the 3rd Anniversary of Hurrican Katrina yesterday, it seems even more devastation could be on the horizon! As Hurrican Gustav currently churns in the Gulf, ARNO volunteers are loading up animals in a massive effort to evacuate all of them in time for landfall on Monday. I am so glad organizations like ARNO and Lulu and Lolly are educating the public and helping our four legged friends!
Keep up the good work and if you want to help ARNO in their current efforts, go to their website (http://www.animalrescueneworleans.org) or you can go to LuluandLolly (dot) com and proceeds from their sales (calendars, greeting cards, donations, etc.) will go towards supporting ARNO!
With love and support,
Your fellow rocker,

Dear Diane, Dolan, and Frances Jeanne: Thank you for posting our new doggy music video! We are very excited and honored! Also, Dolan and Frances Jeanne, there is no reason you should get a paying job, because Work is a disease. Our Humans have it and it is very boring. Thanks again, Love, Your PaLs, LuLu and LoLLy!

Loved the article in Ladies Home Journal. I am Mom to two Maltese, Babydoll & Myron (litter mates) who are seven years old and the joy of our household.

Lolly is so fortunate to have found you and Lulu..you have changed her life.
