Veronica Grows Up

Expect a few changes this fall when Veronica Mars begins its third season. Not only will Veronica be a college freshman, but she'll also tackle her mysteries in a new format. The season'll be broken into three distinct segments, each one with a unique mystery, in nine, seven and six episode installments. Why the change? Bloggers are saying the condensed mysteries will make it easier to hook new viewers. The lovely TVGal dishes the scoop on the Television Critics Association Tour and also fills us in on Veronica's first mystery of the season.

What do you think -- Is the new format a good move for Veronica Mars?

Thank GOD my show is back!

Spadada, I'm not sure, but I'd bet they'll air two Gilmore episodes in a row. That's what they've been doing all summer. Hopefully we'll find out soon!

The new format will really allow new viewers to jump in later in the season. Plus, for the rest of us, no re-runs! Just longer hiatuses. (Is that a word?)

Anyway, it will be great. I am wondering though, since VM does not premiere until October 3rd, what are you guys playing after Gilmore the week before?

did you all see the Shape mag spread on Kristen Bell!?? she is so fit! seems really sweet, too

This show is one of the best anywhere. What a score for the CW!

I am SO GLAD this show is finally getting the attention it deserves! Kristen Bell is HOT and the show's format gets you hooked. Everyone needs to watch Veronica Mars!
