Clark & Lois should emerge but be with both Lois and Clark in complete denial of it, kind of hoping Lana will become a much darker character, though not nessecarily evil but willing to be unhanded and do "whatever it takes" to protect her self and friends.
There should also be a Chloe-Jimmy-Clark triange but not a LOVE triange after all Clarks going to feel somewhat of a third wheel around Chloe and Jimmy but on the other hand Clark and Chloe share a big secret that will exclude Jimmy.

ED's Lois and AM's Chloe lets see more of them, especially Lois, Clark & Chloe Banter, the interaction between any two of those three is great and getting all three into a dicusion, is fantastic, would love to see Chloe trying to play matchmaker for Lois and Clark and them being in complete denial of there feelings for each other.

Great, I'm late, it's closed. Just wanted to drop by and say I'm with Maria on this, a very "bright" idea indeed. Love triangles, wow what an AWESOME idea, so original and fresh! Cause they HAVEN'T been having those EVERY SEASON FOR THE PAST 5 YEARS!

I don't know why I'm still watching. I'm pretty much up to the point where I HATE clark with a burning passion (i didn't when the show began) due to these romantic emphasis on the show (how he treats chloe and lex and lana really made me hate him) and wishing he could just leave all the girls and lex alone. The thought of him being stuck into 3 possible love triangles is sickening.

I really have a love/hate relationship with this show. But really, all the love triangles are making me lean towards hate more. Can we please focus more on the mythology and decrease the romance angle? And who knows, maybe it'll last longer if they don't seem to have the whole thing on fast forward, cause really that's how i've been feeling about their storylines since season 4. It feels like they're trying to finish everything up as quickly as possible all the time.

As for couples remaining together. I'm cheering/wishing for martha/lionel, and lex/lana. Atleast with Lex, Lana isn't as much of a damsel in distress anymore.

The description says a few things, in addition to the fact that she and Clark "become close". Hmmmm...what does that mean exactly???? we all know that Smallville can fool us with their marketing....

My opinion is that the only reason for eventual love triangle between Klark-Lana-Lex would be because of the actress Kristin Kreuck.(about me she is gorgeusq very beautiful ....).

Lollie looks to be the most romantic and real relationship of the season. I guess adding Clark into the mix is a given with this show, but I just want to see Lois get a nice decent guy for a change BEFORE Superman.

Apparently Al Gough remains clueless as to why people watch Smallville or exactly what people want from an heroic tale. Every time he opens his mouth it becomes evident that he thinks the audience want to watch a lazy lackluster girl get the reward for being named Lois Lane while the girl who actually does the work of Lois Lane gets nothing. If this was their idea for a Young Lois series it's obvious why the then WB said no way.

Instead of squabbling here like children we should all be asking why the producers and writers of Smallville think we would accept such nonsense from them. Do they think so little of these iconic characters and all of us that they can treat us with such disrespect? Because that's what Al Gough is doing. Blowing smoke, teasing us all and then making it clear they have no clue what the legend means or what these characters stand for in the public eye and that he doesn't care.

Perhaps the CW should pay attention to what actually gets people to watch and it isn't ships per se. It's seeing the legend unfold as the heroic tale it's supposed to be. If there's no heroism involved and all we see is angsty nonsense and lame characters like Erica Durance's Lois who in no way lives up to the icon we all know then people won't watch.

It's sad that the producers were so hung up on Lana they couldn't see how unlikeable she was and how pathetic it made the hero look to want a girl of her selfish character. But this Lana is very much like Lana in the comics and she isn't very nice there either. At least they did get her characterization right.

Now we have supposed Lois Lane who is in no way like the icon from anywhere, small screen or big, comics or other TV shows. She is absolutely the worst Lois ever yet they keep trying to shove her down our throats and guess what? People didn't watch the season premiere because they can't stand Lois. Had they promoted what actually happened in thhe episode Zod, where, mercifully, Lois was largely unconscious, they would have enjoyed it for the most part.

Sneeze was fun and Chloe showed us once again why she is a fan favorite and her chemistry with co-star Tom Welling was, as always, off the charts. Clark and Chloe keep this show going and the sooner the network realizes it, the better chance they'll have of salvaging their nascent network. Fans eventually get tired of being insulted and eventually leave for other shows whose producers don't diss them.

Allison Mack is just as beautiful as her co-stars, talented and smart and she brings real energy to this show; she doesn't have to flaunt her anatomy to call attention to herself. If it weren't for Tom Welling and Allison Mack I wouldn't be watching. Chemistry is much more than a ship and those two have it in any situation. That is the strength of this show if only the producers would realize it and stop pimping their horrific vision of Lois Lane.

I completely agree with this post. But it's still also nice to know that the Chlark Car Save at the Daily Planet (from the "Vessel" episode) was only 34 votes (out of 11,000+ votes cast) behind the winner. That says a lot!

Well then I guess you missed this part "Clark will probably have to wait until he's ready to break out the cape and tights for that to go anywhere, however." They're referring to Clark's feelings for Lois. Nothing major is going to happen. I think it's great. There have been a lot of hints leading up to this. And it's nothing serious. He has feelings for her, so? Nothing is going to happen. It could start slow and that could be very good character developement. Now with Lois's relationship with GA. That could change things. It could be just Clark realizing that he cares for her when he gets all protective (because of GA) then it can go from there to something more. From his side. I don't think Lois will be falling for him anytime soon.
If it starts slow and they use that opportunity to fix the whole "brother and sister" thing they put the two characters in then I think it's good news.
But really, I wanted to read (in the article) something about Clark accepting his desitiny or something and how maybe this season will bring him closer to becoming Superman. It's like they're focusing on relationships way too much. They need to focus on Clark. That's why I was disappointed by the article. It was all about GA and even more on Clark's relationships.
I miss season 2 and 3 when we could see the story moving forward. The best part was the Clark and Lex dynamic. They were friends slowly growing to be enemies. That was really interesting. But now Lex's the guy who stole Clark's girl. That's not where I expected it all to go.
But I'll be optimistic about this season. It's going really well. And it's just started and with the whole Justice league thing it could be good for Clark's character. We might just see some developement for him yet.

But seriously, NO Chlark and NO Clana romance.
That would ruin the show for me. Enough going in circles!

If anyone wants to know what I am talking about (especially for the Chlarkers)...go to the Kryptonsite website. In the news section, there is an article from TV Guide about Green Arrow and Clark Kent.

In the article it says that Clark is going to keep a close eye on the budding relationship between Lois and Oliver, and Clark will acknowledge "feelings for Lois that he didn't realize he had"...and that he probably will have to wait for that to go somewhere....

My first though was: WTF!!!! Then, I just about threw up after reading that...If that's the way this is going to go, well then why bother...I give up on Smallville...the writers really know how to run it to the ground don't they???...

on a side note: writers, if you are really going to have that crap happen, then kill Chloe off NOW...because it will just be too painful for us to watch Chloe get hurt again and again as she sees the love of her life fall in love with Lana and now with her COUSIN ...

Chloe and Clark have the best chemistry on the show. After the horribly depressing Clana it's a relief to see them together. And Lois? Please. The more time she spends unconscious, the better. Her chemistry with CK is non-existant and continues to be the equivalent of sibilings who bicker.

Sorry Chlark fans. As much as you want Clark to fall for Chloe, it's NOT going to happen. Chloe is like a sister to Clark. She has no (romantic) chemistry with him. Chloe is and will only be just a friend/sidekick/confidante to Clark. That's all and that's what it should be.

100% Chlark all the way! But don't rush that either. If Smallville is going to have a 7th season for sure...then put Chlark there. We need to see sure development of Clark's feelings throughout season 6...we need to see him move from "maybe" he has feelings to he is "sure beyond doubt".

As for romance making the Chlark relationship complicated...it won't be if the writers do it right... And marriage to a superhero while working with him in the DP isn't complicated??? Yet they seem to manage that in the future..

There is nothing wrong with a friendship that develops to more...even for a short period of time. We know Chloe won't exist in his future...but I think both Clark and Chloe deserve to know what it is like to be in a relationship free of ridiculous angst and drama (eg CLANA)...Clark needs some happiness before the inevitable sorrow of Chloe's departure from his life...

Clark/Lois all the way. There needs to be some developement in their relationship. Nothing extreme, just some feelings from Clark's side maybe. (since Clark falls for Lois first in the comics). I like how it's going now especially after the "hand holding" scene.
But most importantly, PLEASE NO MORE Clark/LANA. No more. There's only so much of it I can take and it's making me dislike both characters. They need to move on. Clana doesn't make sense any more. It's not going anywhere and we all know that, so the story needs to go forward and not in circles anymore.
Chlark is cute but only as friends. It would ruin everything if they got together in that way. Things will change between them and at this point in the story it will put some other potential/future relationships to a hault (Clark/Lois). And I love their friendship and now that Jonathan is gone, Chloe is the one helping him with his secret and a romance between them would just make things complicated. So enough relationships and just let the story take its course with Clark learning to accept his destiny and if there will be any kind of romance then (a little bit of) Clois is the only one I can stomach right now.

CHLARK, I'd to see CLOIS, but before, we Chloe's deserve to see her get together with Clark and after get over him.

Well if this show ever wants to see the light again, They should bring clana back, but if itwants to go down the path of cancellation then continue what you are doing. Clana Brings in ratings, its what people want to see. Don't believe me? Compare the ratings from Last season Episode 1 & 2 and this season episode 1 & 2. See the difference? Clana is the heart of the show, stop the heart you kill the show, plain and simple.

CHLARK all the way they are THE perfect couple and their growing relationship has been the one thing holding this show together through the years. The chemistry between them is amazing...
since the very first episode we have been aware of chloes feelings for Clark and now in season 6 we are shown that clark does in fact have feelings for her too although she is not yet aware...however despite all they have been through and their obvious real love for each other...tptb wont let them get together. whyyy???? i think its obvious that chlark is the only believable relationship on this show...
and NOW...after that kiss!!...they throw jimmy in the picture. and why would they do that?? obviously to stir things up prolonging the tension and keep clark and chloe apart til the very end...like in any good movie they build it up like this....and chloe is "Lois Lane" as far as most of us are concerned....ed Lois is simply here for comic relief and keep audience in suspense wondering who ILL of smallville is till the end...

The producers have said it themselves - Clark and Lana are through. There's no need to revisit Clark/Lana. Not even through a triangle.

It's too soon for Clark/Lois. The Lois Lane of "Smallville" has a ways to go before she lives up to her name. She needs to grow - and she and Clark need to learn to appreciate each other before you can build a believable romance.

Ok, not to rag on anyone else's opinion, but I am so, so, so hoping for the Chloe/Jimmy/Clark triangle! Chloe is the best character and friend, and she deserves some love! Lana has been the center for five years, I am so ready to see someone else! I think he will be a cool character...but let us clarify something regarding Chloe...

She is in NO way Clark's crutch or instruction manual! When he got superspeed did she instruct him then?? NO....
When Clark got heat visison did she instruct him then? NO....

Sneeze was the ONE TIME! ONE time people!...the other time she helped him was when he had amnesia...and she was being a good, supportive friend...not an instruction manual.

I do agree that he needs to grow a bit and become the man that he needs to be...but don't blame Chloe's character for the lack of that growth. She has been helping him in any way she can...but HE is the one who still groans and whines about his destiny. Chloe is just trying to show him the potential he has...

I love Chlark, the poster of Clark/Chloe/Jimmy is great, Clarks looks like a real reporter and she looks fantastic....Clana has had its opportunity before. And Clois is just too soon.

If we have to have 'triangles' this season in a romantic sense, I'd prefer the Clark/Lois/Oliver triangle. I mean, there's so much more that Smallville could do with their show than actively fan the flames of the already heated 'shipper wars.

The way I see it, Clark needs to get his head on straight. He's already beginning to take small steps into the man he'll become, but he needs to do this stuff on his own, without the Chloe instruction manual. That's why I don't think a Chlark 'ship should come into play and the Chlois theory should be disproven. Lois may tell it like it is, but she lets him come to whatever conclusion he's gonna make on his own - Chloe tells it to him step-by-step as if he's a child. A Superman who needs someone to walk him through everything every step of the way is not a Superman at all, in my opinion.

I may want to see Clark and Lois forge some sort of romantic inkling on the show before it's over, but what good would it be if Clark's not the kind of man he's supposed to be - the heroic individual who doesn't need training wheels in the form of a best friend? Work on THAT first, Smallville. I think you've already made a good start by adding Oliver to the mix as a comparison 'hero' for Clark to feel jealous of - 'he's everything Clark isn't'. Hopefully, Oliver, just by being, making Clark see his own shortcomings and how far he has to go, won't be overshadowed by all this 'shipper stuff.

Make Clark the man we know he can be first, then work on the 'ship that's been around for decades. :)

wow...good episode Smallville! Loved the new power....loved how Clark cleared the skies so they could go by the lake...nice!

All ships aside,(but I still vote Chlark!) Smallville should put a few more scenes with chloe/clark as good friends...not just talking about his powers and weekly problems..but what do they do in between? what other things do they do together like going to the lake for picnics...I want to see more of that...

Lois Lane is now Lightswitched Lois Lane and it was far worse than anyone could have ever expected.

Chloe and Clark investigated Lex's kidnapping together, she helped him with a new power. Afterward he ended up literally blowing the clouds out of the sky so they could go on a picnic together. Very cute, very datelike and very obvious we're going to get Chlark.

Finally, Lexana still as strong as ever and their scenes? Yet more nails in the Clana coffin.

So dead-end? Nope, the beginning of Chlark. And Clana? Keep on flogging he dead horse and we'll keep on enjoying the Chlark.

Actually, you gotta give the director & actors credit....the Clana/Fortress scene that won was beautiful & excellently done. That particular K-Site Race for Best Scene however, was the closest race of them all. Out of something like 11,000+ votes that were cast, the Daily Planet Chlark Kiss/Car Save was only 34 votes behind the winner. It could have gone either way. But hey, I really don't like Clana, but was still amazed by that scene.

BTW, for a lot of Chlark fans, there's always been more to Chloe than being the resident love interest/focus for FOTW. That particular honour has been Lana's for five seasons and counting and to the detriment of the show and utter boredom of fans.

Going into season 6 another facet of Chloe's potential is being acknowledged after five seasons of the Clana quagmire of a relationship, so yeah we're thrilled. It will only mean good things for the show.

Meg, Meg....Meg,....I was talking about the haters, decide for yourself who they are. Secondly, I'm not just talking about Chlark, because I want the CW to get an idea of Chloe/Allsion Macks popularity.....and not just get the idea that she's only good as the "Love Interest".....a title that has not really benifited Lana over the years. And you're right, Clana won it over the past 4 years, but that says something when Chlark wins this year by over 1200 votes. Don't diminish it by saying they made her look bad. As a Chlarker, I've seen this before. I remember one poll, by some station in Chicago (or there abouts), where the lead that Clana had was Ludicruous! But by Ludicrous I mean Mathematically just not pheasiable. In fact, so unbelievable (not even remotely close to the 18,000 in question here) that it was laughable. What I don't like about love triangles as a plot device is that often they use two strong characters to prop up a weak one. Because Clark and Lex are fighting over Lana, therefore she's interesting. But she's not! I'd rather see Clark and Lex fight over ethical issues, control of Metropolis, freedom of the press....Heck, if they were fighting over the last donut in the box, it'd still beat Clexana for suspense and drama!

I am a big lana and clark fan...have been since season 1. I think that a lot of people are against them because of the way they dragged out their relationship and how lana's character was ruined and had her go to lex..such a bad idea and does not work. Clana has great chemistry onscreen and should finally be happy this season.

I am a huge fan of Superman mythology, but as none of the 'typical' Superman traits will be appearing in the show, I think Lois (who originally fell in love with Superman, then Clark) should perhaps be intrigued by Clark, as she was in the season premiere, and nothing more.

I'd love to see Chloe get her day in the sun, because something has to happen to her before the end of the series. She's too interesting a character to fade off into the sunset, but she's also not a part of the Superman mythos, so somehow she has to go. I'd love to see something happen with her and Clark before something happens to her.

Whether you like it or not, Chloe is a major character on "Smallville." The fact that she isn't a "canon" character is irrelevant-- she's been on the show for five years now, and as a result she has a lot of fans, who see the relationship between her and Clark as a good thing, because both characters are better when they're together. There's nothing rabid or "raging" about liking a character when the writers have spent five years building her up as an important aspect of the show.

They already had a Lois-type character, so when they brought in "Lois," they differentiated her by making her totally unlike the iconic Lois Lane. This is why so many people dislike her character-- because she's NOT canon. And again, in Superman canon, Lois has no business being in Smallville, or in Clark's life, anyway.

In sum, it's not about Superman canon. It's about what's best for THIS PARTICULAR SHOW. And in my opinion (and the opinion of many other fans), the romance that's best for the show is Clark and Chloe.

Thank you CW for finally getting a clue that Chloe and Clark are one of the most important relationships to be played out onscreen. Even better, we get Jimmy Olsen with them this season - enough to make the anticpation of Chlark that much sweeter. Also - it's great that Jimmy is their contemporary this time around and not the blander and younger version we're usually used to seeing.

Chloe and Clark have been one of the mainstays of this show for many fans. Ignoring AM, Chloe and her chemistry with TW in aid of minor characters does nothing but weaken the show. They are our Lois and Clark, and the show's current version of Lois continues to be nothing more than second-rate. Please don't let *that* be your contribution to the Superman fandom!? A second rate Lois Lane when Chloe Sullivan is everything that Lois should be?

I don't think Clois should be rushed. It is too important a relationship to show like any other romance on Smallville. Don't ruin it by rushing it in!

Clark may be shown to have feelings for Chloe for a while only to realize his true feelings for Lois. However, he shouldn't be shown to be jealous of Jimmy Olsen. That would be too much.

When CW began its promos, any new fans who were already fans of Superman would hook up to the show thinking that Clark/Lois is already an established couple on the show, so I guess they'll be greatly dissapointed by this triangle ridiculousness.

Superman was jealous of Jimmy in the past is an insult to the great hero. Is Smallville a show about Jimmy and Chloe? I can't believe the writers would give in to a bunch of raging fans and show Clark in a triangle with Jimmy.

Chlarkers have waited 5 long years for Clark to return Chloe's affection, so I'm really interested in seeing how things go down. Just as long as I continue to see Chlark investigate as partners and no mopey Clark I'll be happy.

I understand that Clois will eventually happen..there is no dispute about that...but that is WAY into the future....let's not forget that Lois Lane fell in love with Superman...and to her surprise she got the added bonus of Clark Kent...

so Smallville writers...are you going to make Clark learn to fly, fully accept his destiny, finish school, move to Metropolis, and fly around in a cape and tights, make Lois a "full-feldged DP reporter" AND make Lois realize she is in love with Superman/Clark all in two seasons???...I sincerely hope not!

And I agree with a previous poster that you absolutely CANNOT let Lois sweep into the DP and suddenly become a reporter when you had Chloe work her a** off for 5 years!..hell no!

Smallville is about the time leading up to becoming Superman...not about his time in cape and tights.... so please writers, have a Clois friendship sure...it will lead to the future...but no more of lines like this:

If we must have a triangle Clark/Chloe/Jimmy is the only one that makes any sense or is the least bit interesting. Clark has no feelings for Lois that we've ever seen and thus that triangle can logically only be about Clark not trusting Ollie.

Lex/Lana/ Clark is also only about not trusting Lex and Lana his former and unfaithful girlfriend. Clana is dead at last, thank God, because it was the worst nonsense ever.

It's past time Clark admitted he has feelings for Chloe and it's okay if he has to chase her after all this time. But Clark and Chloe belong together; that's always been true. They have the only real chemistry on this show and we deserve to see them as a couple at long last.

I don't see Chloe as any kind of "transition" between Lana aand Lois. Lana was a pathetic excuse for friend or girlfriend either one. And, sad as it is for me, a long time Lois fan, to say, this "Lois" is not recognizable as Lois at all. Chloe has always been the real Lois of this show and that has not changed at all despite the appearance of this not at all Lois character. It is Chloe who deserves the mantle of Iconic Lois Lane.

So Clark and Chloe can get together at some point and just stay there while "Lois" goes off to do anything else, I really don't care what. Come on, Smallville; be innovative with this! Bring us Clark and the real Lois, Chloe Sullivan, at long last.

I think Clark needs a new male friend like Pete to keep his minds off these triangles. How can one guy go from having Lana blinders to possibly developing feelings again for Chloe and a new one for Lois. I'm a Clark/Lana shipper, they are the reason why I stuck with smallville for five seasons straight. I'm dissapointed that this year's season will not further that bond that clark/lana suppose to have. WB sold me on the Clark and Lana relationship. I hope the CW will continue that for us fans who have been devoted to them. TW/KK has the deepest chemistry i have ever seen among two actors when on scree. please CW don't waist their chemistry by keeping them apart this season.

After five seasons of watching Chloe and Clark tip-toe around a possible relationship, I hope we finally get it this season. Lana is finally over, and Lois is as always a distant second when compared to Chloe - she always will be. I hope the CW and SV PTBs realise that soon. We want Chlark and we want to see Chlois. Not some lazy, lightswitched Lois Lane neatly stepping in and being everything we have watched Chloe work her a** off for over five seasons.

Just Say No to Triangles!

I am a big Clois fan but I love the idea of Chloe/Jimmy/Clark.

Clark and Chloe need to have a little time together, as Chloe is the perfect middle ground between Lana and Lois.

This whole Lex/Lana thing is fine but a ploy. If Clark had just told Lana the truth, then we could watch as the two of them realized they could not be together. As they age and grow, it's clear they just would never work in the end, not with Clark being who he'll become. Lana isn't right for a man like that.

As it is now, it's just looking like Lana is an object being used to further the enimity between Clark and Lex, and Lois Lane will be sloppy seconds in the end.

We have waited for Clois for too long. The scene in Zod was a very nice beginning. Please take that further. Show us some Clois action. Smallville should not waste time on any useless relationships now.

I don't get why they make Clark appear like the resident whore. When none of these triangles have romantic undertones. There are 3 couples and Clark just happens to know all of these people and interact with them.

Producers themselves have said that Clark's romantic interest this Season will be Raya (the Alicia incarnation from another planet).

IMO CW should stop promoting Smallville like it is some Soap-opera. I know the show has reached that point already but no need to draw more attention to the fact.

So this is what my childhood hero has become - a candidate for a potential love triangle. How are the mighty fallen! That aside, here are my thoughts on the posters:

C/C/J: Now, this is my Clark Kent - working as a reporter, as he should be. But it is ironic that Clark and Jimmy are sitting down by the computer (and is that an old-fashioned typewriter?) prepared to do some real work, while Chloe is basically standing around looking pretty, when she has in fact been THE dedicated journalist on Smallville from the first episode.

C/L/O: That bimbo is supposed to be Lois Lane, investigative reporter and role model for generations of women in the media? Whatever. Moving on...

C/L/L: What is wrong with this picture? Exactly. Lana doesn't belong there. Clark and Lex are the essential yin/yang symbol. Lex is the villain that defines Clark as a hero. Their conflict should be a struggle of epic proportions, achingly bittersweet as the former friends, who saved each other's lives, become mortal enemies. It should not turn into a petty squabble over the boring girl next door. Every triangle might have three sides, but this is a picture of two giants and a third wheel.

I'm for Chloe/Clark/Jimmy. I would love to see a Chloe and Clark romance by season's end:)

I also love Lexana, but please no Clark in the middle of it.

Besides the great character writting, the chemistry of the two stars (Tom & Allison) are perhaps the biggest reason, among many, for the Shows longevity & success!

Some people on K-Site have been talking about Chloe being the Smallville answer to the Lori Lemaris of the old comics. Can you imagine if that is what they are really doing. I don't know if that will come to be true. But I know that I would completely love it!

If Clark had told Lana his secret, then she would still be by his side too. She loves him and I wished that they had made her more into the role that she should had been rather than the pretty pawn that the writers seem to make her now.

Chloe deserves Jimmy. She deserves someone who will only have eyes for her and will only love (or like) her completely. I admit, she deserves that. So what she knows Clark secret. That doesn't mean he will fall in love with her. But her and Jimmy, I can see right now that they are a good fit. And Chloe seems to like him too.

It just seems like the friendship that Lana and Clark had in the comics, cartoons and movies, they seem to give some of that to them and some of it to Chlark. And for whatever reason, we have not seen any Loix action as well, since Lois was once engaged to Lex Luther. But it's okay, because at least Clark and Lana will make up and have an adult friendship and then later on before we get Lois and Superman, hopefully we will get some Lois and Lex action.

I just loved the Clark/Jimmy/Chloe one. I can cleary see a future Clark reporter and his interaction with the 2 other characters on that DP enviroment at that poster. By the first scene with them I've seen on Zod makes all worth to keep watching the show.

I really hope we get to see Clark and Chloe romantically before the season ends and what better way to have it happen then on the new network CW, I mean to have the moment many fans have been waiting for happen on the new network I think would be pretty cool. I'm not expecting them to be together forever but it woukd be nice to see them as a couple sometime before the series is over, possibly this season. So I really hope this happens for all the fans that have been waiting so patiently.

I've loved them for years now. It's time the fans get what they really want. Lana and Clark clearly could not work because of his secret. However, Chloe knows his secret. And she has been nothing but supportive of him. She has saved him many times also. I believe Chloe deserves a chance at true love with someone she has been gushing over for years. Her heart has been broken too many times. The chemistry between Tom and Allison is undeniable. Chloe is the closest non-family member friend that Clark has. Their friendly love for one another is outstanding, binding, and plain gorgeous. A Chloe & Clark relationship should be given a chance.

Clark Kent in 3 triangles. This makes Clark Kent look so pathetic as if he is willing to be with anyone who is going to give him a chance. If you want ratings concentrate on making this Clark Kent move towards his destiny rather than concentrating on ships.

I'm not usually a fan of triangles, but at last, CW, you've got one that makes sense: Chloe/Clark/Jimmy. As far as I'm concerned, *these* are the three who will one day be working together at the Daily Planet. Thank you, CW, for the gorgeous promo shot! :)

Me again. I just wanted to point out that the "original" cannon of Clark and Lois did not take place until AFTER Clark came to the Daily Planet. Smallville has been writing things differently then what actually happens, which yes that means Clois could happen, but for me being a huge Clark/Lois shipper from the comics/movies etc., it would upset me to see them become romantically envolved in anyway on the show.

The love at first sight at the Planet and Lois falling for Superman first instead of Clark. Those are the things a Clois shipper treasures and that's why I would like to see maybe a Chloe/Clark relationship first.

Anyone remember Chloe's speech in the episode "Fever". I'm telling you. She is the "ladder" and Lois is at the top, so therefore, my best bet would be to put Chloe/Clark together now, and yes maybe it won't work out, but it will help Clark see what kind of girl he is meant for (i.e. being Lois).

That's what will bring people back to the show - Chloe and Chlark being acknowledged as one of the most important parts of this story of Superman - as well as it's potential to be the most important relationship in Clark's life as Chloe continues to embody our *Lois Lane*. Their relationship continues to be a breath of fresh air when compared to the secrets and lies that mired the Clana as well as when compared to the stilted and anorexic Clois as the show continues to try and breathe life and chemistry into something that drives fans away.

How about less triangles and more Superman? And 100% less Lana (most boring character on television) would be a good thing!

That makes me laugh. That these polls are actually representative of the Smallville audience. Yes, representative of a couple thousand rabid online 'shipper fans who are probably voting over and and over again in these polls (because you can do so in these polls) to get their point across. Right, ya, these really show what the fans want.

Look, the truth, whether anyone wants to accept it or not, is that Smallville is a show watched by millions. Lets say 5 million people. You think 5 million people come online to vote in these polls? If you do you, then God bless, thats really all I can say. Another truth is we have absolutely no idea of determining which 'ship means the most to people. If I were to wager I'd say everyone has different opinions and preferences and there's probably a large number of people wanting each 'ship. But to say that these polls, which btw, the CW themselves acknowledge and warn are NOT scientific mean NOTHING. And believe me, I'd say this no matter who was winning. It's just common sense and logic. Thinking anything else is delusion, IMO.

I personally would like to see Clark and Lois moving towards a romance, not necessarily to be in one this year. I love both characters and think they'd be great for each other. I happen to like Chloe too, I just dont think Chlark is the way to go. MO.

I like Lois. Chloe's so predictable and boring. Lois with the Green Arrow will be great for a while, then her with Clark - whenever that happens. It doesn't have to be now (rather it not be), but someday...

I see Chlark is kicking a in both polls. CW, I think that should be truly telling you what the Smallville audience is rallying a cry behind. Not Clois or Clana but the real relationship, Chlark.

I can't believe anyone is even remotely interested in a character that has been nothing but a crutch to Clark since the series began. Chloe has to walk Clark though everything all the time on Smallville. It is seriously damaging to the growth of his character. She should have been written out 2 seasons ago along with Pete. How is this guy gonna be Superman or a reporter when he can't even figure out how to use one of his own powers or look anything up on the computer on his own? By the sixth season he should be doing that on his own. The only relationship that should be focused on is Lois and Clark's and Clark's friendship with Lana (which is nowhere to be found). We don't have time for a Clark and Chloe relationship, that would be completely out of nowhere and totally unbelievable since Clark has had zero interest in Chloe since season 1. He hasn't even given her a second glance, and he shouldn't. The two women in his life will be Lana (his friend) and Lois (his wife). Don't waste our time with the rest of the triangle stuff. It's just getting contrived and does nothing to progress the characters at all. You need to start seriously progressing the characters and their relationships since the show only has about one more season left at the most.

I have to say that I am a fan of the Clark/Chloe relationship. I think that the writers have done a wonderful job portraying a truly meaningful relationship. They have had their ups and downs yet have still been able to maintain their friendship. In fact, they have only become stronger as they learned to accept their own and eachothers faults. I think it would be truly wonderful to explore a romantic dynamic between the two characters. It would be a great way to dispaly a healthy positive relationship to viewers (especially the younger ones). Furthermore, it would be nice to see an intellegent, witty, independant female character be able to be in a relationship and not lose her identity.
I have to admit that I am a viewer who believes that Chloe will one day become Lois... I feel that the relationship that has been portrayed between Chloe and Clark is truly wonderful and could never be matched. It would also be rewarding, as a viewer, to see a strong, spirited, hard working female get the future she deserves - the career and the love. This is something that I don't feel is often displayed in the media and I think it would be brilliant and brave if the CW chose this path.

There are going to be *three* triangles this season? Or is the post just worded badly? Cuz three triangles makes Clark seem like a dog.

I am glad that the new network is finally taking notice of the Clark-Chloe dynamic and even promoting it as part of their triangle series.

Chloe Sullivan's role in Clark's life as best friend and sidekick has never been in question. It is time however for the powers that be to step up and allow the romance between the two to finally blossom.

Clark/Lois are the way forward. Their relationship needs as much momentum as any other on the show, especially as they are the iconic future couple. Dont get me wrong, I do get these theories of Lana=past, Chloe=present, and Lois=future. And Al and Miles and Allison Mack have all said in interviews how Lois is supposed to be a combination of the best of Lana and Chloe, and therefore the best girl for Clark. I'd be ok with Chlark, only if its done a right way. Otherwise it can prove to be very messy indeed, considering all parties involved. So here's hoping that if it does happen, theres an amicable and believable end to it, and then Clark and Lois can move on with their eventual storyline.

I did enjoy Chlark + Jimmy in Zod so that will be fun to watch. They look great in that office setting, great times ahead for our young investigative reporting team :D

The Clark,Chloe & Jimmy triangle poster is by far my favorite!! I was wondering when the CW and TPTB were FINALLY going to realize that Clark and Chloe need to be together. Throwing Jimmy into the mix is a perfect opportunity for the viewers to see some reaction from Clark towards Chloe. I'm hoping that we will finally get what we have have been waiting for for five years...Chlark!! The only triangle on Smallville.

I personally LOVE the Clark/Chloe/Jimmy poster way more than any of the others! The Clark/Lex/Lana poster has been done too often in the past, it's not fresh or interesting, and Clana is forever gone. As for the Clark/Lois/Oliver poster, It's not very interesting because most people look at Oliver and wonder why he's on there. I've been waiting every season for an image of Chloe to be put on the DVD cover, or the main promos, and when I saw a lot of Clark/Lex/Oliver pictures coming out this season, I was VERY disappointed. Chloe has always had a big impact on the happenings Smallville, and her character's importance grew a lot during season 5. I think many of the fans would rejoice to see Chloe/Allison Mack get the recognition on the show she so greatly deserves.

And I hate to break it to you, but Lois still isn't that big of a character yet. In comparison to Chloe, she has done very little to move the plot along. I think that Chloe should start to be recognized as one of the main characters, as opposed to the tired out Lex/Lanal/Clark that everyone is so used to seeing.

I also think the Clark/Chloe/Jimmy poster is appropriate because it will convey the idea that Clark is starting to find his niche in the reporting feild. :D

I vote for Clark/Chloe/Jimmy because there was an obvious set up for it in the season premiere, especially with Clark finally returning Chloe's feelings and Chloe finally *appearing* to be over Clark. But as we all know, she's not really over him.

Plus, I think that triangle has the best chance of playing out honestly and with a good-natured touch. I don't want to see Clark moping and pining every episode, I want to see him at least some-what happy.

Just in case I didn't say enough before...here;s more! To the person who posted that Chloe is Clark's present...you are soooo right!

Let's take another look at reality: as much as I want the Chlois theory to happen, it most likely will not on Smallville..so I say this instead...we all know Lois is the future...yeah yeah...but consider this...what is it that will make both Clark and Lois come to the DP eventually? Perhaps the only thing they have in common now...the love they have for someone else-Chloe.

Chloe has been the thing that has brought some of the main characters at the DP legend into Clark's life...Lois and Jimmy. So, in the end, Chloe will be the main thing that brought them all together anyways. I say, let Chlark happen now...she is the right and best think for Clark...let them fall in love with each other and be together now.....

In the future, I dont know what will happen to Chloe because she cannot and will not be at the DP with them...so she has to go somewhere...or somehow. But, if that Chlark relationship comes now, I will more readily believe Clois in the future...something has to bring them together, and perhaps the loss of Chloe may be it. I don't want to see her go, but some sort of shared grief or common ground is the only way I see them becoming better friends, becoming closer and eventually becoming Lois and Clark of the Daily Planet....as I said before..hell no would I be with a guy that my cousin loved for years and years...it would hurt her too much to see that.

So PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE writers of Smallville, don't insult Chloe's character by having Clois on Smallville. Haven't we had enough of that with Clana???

I voted for the Clark/Chloe/Jimmy triangle as well as the Clark/Chloe couple of the season. It's just that fans of Clark & Chloe have been waiting, patiently I might add, for some glimpse or hope into the two becoming a pair. The premiere just opened that door a bit more and I'm just waiting for it to burst all the way open. I just think that the ship has sailed for the Clark/Lana/Lex triangle and it shouldn't come back, because it would be like beating a dead horse.

I'm so glad to finally see some real Chlark love from the CW! Hopefully they'll play it out onscreen. So basically what I'm saying is I love the Chlarkimmy triangle, as long as my Chlark is the result :-)

Thank you CW for acknowledging Chlark! I was a little angry that only Clois was promoted since there's never really been any romantic feelings between them. I'll admit that there were times where TPTB were obviously trying to say ROMANCE, but the chemistry just wasn't there and Lois just wasn't the iconic Lois I've admired my whole life.

To sum it up, I LOOOOOOVVVVVEEEEEE the Chlarkimmy poster! Gracias!

Finally, some Allison Mack/Chloe in the CW ads!! Chloe is the character I most relate to, so giving Allison/Chloe some PR is much deserved. I was really upset that we hadn't seen anything with her during the summer, so I guess the Clark/Chloe/Jimmy poster is my favorite. I'm not a fan of either pairing---much prefer Chloe and Lex---but if this is what I get for now, then I'm happy.

Btw, agree with all the other posters who have mentioned a Clark/Chloe/Lex poster. Now that would be hot!! Would love to see more of those three together on the show than any others, especially any Chloe/Lex scenes. Or possibly some new triangles? Good vs Evil: Clark/Martha/? (Lois/Lana) vs Lex/Chloe/Lionel. Now that would be a show I'd never miss.

A lot of blanket statements being tossed around here. ''best chemistry'', ''best couple'', etc etc. Lets remember people, these are ALL subjective things.

Anyhoo, nicely done posters. Though 3 triangles, really? Overdose much? Maybe its better Chlark getting done and out of the way this season. Even though I'd rather not see it at all. But if it has to happen, then so be it. If that is true, then I rather it be done soon and over and done with. So the latter part of the series, as it ends can concentrate on the 'ship the show actually has to end with, the one with the confirmed destiny - Clark and Lois. I'm not fond of this Clark/Lois/Ollie triangle either btw, but Clark/Lois, I'm all for. However lets see, what the show has in store for us.

ok! all the pics look nice..yeah yeah..but I am all for CHLARK!! Bring it on!! But, to the CW and the writers of Smallville..take the humble advice of a fan for years....if you're going to bring Chlark..do it with class!..that means:

1) No more whining about Lana and Lex...that is done!

2)No smoky eyes/looks between Lois and Clark. We know Lois is his future, and yes, we know you want to stay true to the story...but let's think reality here....if, as Lois Lane, I knew my cousin loved this man from the age of fourteen...and I know that she still does, despite her best efforts, there is no way in hell I would hook up with him or flirt...FAMILY FIRST ALWAYS...if they put them together on this show, I would be disappointed with her character...

3) Clark HAS to be 250% sure that Chloe is what he wants and 250% sure why. No more of this..."I have 2 female friends who are great and I don't know which one I want"..none of that nonsense. They have been through so much together....so much trust, affection and history. For all that Chloe is to him, and because she has a big heart, she deserves no less that being first place in someone's life..not scrappy seconds. Also, chloe should not jump into his arms the instant he says he has feelins for her...none of that either...he needs to EARN her affections again...and ponder on what he could have had but may be loosing....

so, if Chlark can't be done this way...then don't bother to do it at all....Chloe deserves nothing less

on a side note CW, very good marketing...you know how to get the respective fans riled up..

YES! It's wonderful seeing Allison on a promo, especially at the Daily Planet with Jimmy and Clark. So iconic!

That Chlarkimmy triangle definitely intrests me the most and I can't wait to see a lot of those three in scenes together this season.

Jimmy/Chloe/Clark is the triangle I want to see, and of course I want Chloe/Clark in the end.

Those two have always belonged together, and it's time for everyone to realize that she is totally his Lois Lane, regardless of silly name issues.

Chloe is awesome, and it's about time she and the lovely Allison Mack were promoted in the way she should be. She's the only relatable female character on the entire show, the one you root for to get what she wants - and what she wants is Clark. Hopefully Clark wants her now, too. We need to see that play out, and if I have to wait a little longer for them to be the ultimate couple, fine. But Chlark is the way it should be.

They have the most real relationship on the entire show and they are the ONLY pairing with chemistry, and it's HOT chemistry. Play it up, use it, give us something to make our hearts beat faster. The tease leading up to a true Chloe/Clark pairing would be amazing, and the payoff even moreso. They are the heart and soul of Smallville.

Hallelujah!! The CW has FINALLY come to their senses and added Allison back into their promo shots. It was, honestly, a dumb move to exclude her as she pretty much is the reason many people watch the show.

LOVE LOVE LOVE the Clark/Chloe/Jimmy triangle photo. That is the iconic triangle -- Clark Kent, Chloe Sullivan (aka Lois Lane b/c hi she pretty much is!) and Jimmy Olsen. The Hero, The Reporter, The Photographer. You can't get any better than that. Ok I take that back. If it were Clark/Chloe/Lex THAT would be beyond awesome.

Since Season 1, I have been and will always root for Chlark to come out on top in the end. It just makes sense. There has always been interest on Chloe's part and at the end of Season 1 and in parts of Season 2, there was interest on Clark's part, as well as moments throughout Seasons 3-5.

Due to Chloe's defense mechanisms, she pushed Clark away and Clark, being..well Clark, took that at face value. They're best friends and the best match for each other.

Clark & Chloe make sense and they're HOT together so why not go for it? GO CHLARK!

You want that coveted teen/tween female viewer? Give her a woman she can identify with and root for. Not many of us were hometown sweethearts or a senotors cheif of staff, but we all know about loving that one boy who doesn't quite seem to get it.

We've watched Chloe's struggles and never ending friendship and loyalty...she deserves a payoff. As her fans, we kinda deserve one too.

Thank you for at least a little hope that Chloe will get that happiness she deserves.

Finally, we can say the CW has seen the light. I thought it was rather stupid that they did not use Allison Mack in any of the promos, when her role on the show is bigger than Erica Durance (Lois). Heck, the season premiere proved it.

I don't care about triangles, and I'm not sold on Jimmy Olsen, but I am happy about the possibility of more Clark and Chloe action.

Enough with Lana, and if you're not going to use Lois properly, don't involve her into a mess even more. Chloe fits Clark's present and I'd love to see something happen there.

All the new posters look great, but my favorite is the Lex/Lana/Clark poster.

Hopefully, there will be a lot of interaction between these three characters.

FINALLY Geez, the CW has been ignoring AM/Chloe all summer long, so it's nice to see her in new promo - especially one that acknowledes that *something* is going on between Chloe and Clark. The scene in "Zod" was a classic setup.

Obviously, not all of these "triangles" are romantic, as triangle can mean many things (i.e. Clark/Lex/Lionel is a triangle as well). So I base my interpretation of each based on the show's canon. And so far that canon suggests that Clana is dead, Clois is in another universe, and Chlark may actually develop by season's end. Which would be pretty awesome, because it's been 5 years in the making and nothing is more beautiful than a relationship build on a solid friendship. That's what's meant by "soulmate."

By the way, Clark is NOT competing with Jimmy for Chloe's affections - he already has them. But I think what will happen is that as his romantic feelings for her continue to grow stronger, she will have already established something with Jimmy. And just like Chloe was classy enough not to try to jump in between Clark and Lana, Clark will realize that it would be inappropriate to disrupts her new relationship just to satisfy his own desires. But that's not compentition by any means.

I think it's very easy for proponents of one 'ship to claim that thirs makes the most sense and has the most story behind it. I think it should be taken into account that fans of other 'ships feel the exact same way about their favoured pairings.

Take me, for example. Someone who has seen little to no romantic chemistry between Chloe and Clark despite Chloe's continued feelings. For ppl like me, romantic Chlark is nothing short of unbelievable, because for 5 years Clark showing no romantic interest per se in Chloe, and even telling her more than once he didnt feel that way about her, for him to now suddenly begin to have feelings for Chloe. It doesnt fly with me. I find any future relationship b/w Clark and Lois infinitely more believable becayse we're still in the process of seeing their journeys and their relationship progressing, where neither of the may have feelings for each other in the romantic sense right now, sure, but theres a wonderful set up of potential that has been very much appreciated. I for one want to see this journey progress b/w them.

And I also agree with whoever it was that said that if this and the next are the last seasons, then definitely it is Clark/Lois, IMO that should be furthered. But if not, and a Chlark romance must be done, I hope it ends soon and amicably.

As for Lois herself, this is not a comments section about her character, yet some ppl still cant desist from bringing her character into it and bashing it and how she doesnt deserve to be iconic Lois. Well, please bear in mind when youre making statements like these that she IS iconic Lois to all her fans, and we see many qualities in her that obviously you fail to. Which is fine, youre entitled to your opinion, but dont presume that youre speaking absolute fact about these characters and 'ships. Which is the impression I get from a lot of Chlark posts. That they almost feel entitled to their 'ship and character, maybe just because Chloe's been in love with Clark fir 5 years. But that is no justification, IMO.

Nevertheless, I hope the show runners do what they think is best. And I hope that it's Clark/Lois, in terms of 'ship.

All 3 posters are gorgeous, but the one that intrigues me the most is the Clark/Chloe/Jimmy one. Not that I have much interest in Jimmy, but my interest in Clark and Chloe more then make up for it. As someone else said, Lana is his past, and Lois could be his future. Chloe fits perfectly with his right now, and Chlark is the relationship that would be the best fit for the show at the moment.

But really, a Clark/Lex/Lionel poster with the same catchphrase would be incredibly aweseome. The dynamics of that triangle probably fascinate me more then any other romantic entanglement.

Yay, finally the cw has come to its senses! Seriously, it was about time that the cw realised how great Allison is and started promoting her! I am definately all for clark/chloe/jimmy though I hope that this triangle turns into a chlark romance! We've been waiting now for more than five years for them to come together. They have the best developed relationship on the show and they are absolutely perfect for each other!

Thank you, CW, for recognizing that the show has been building up to a Chlark relationship since the beginning of the show! I agree that Clark's journey as Superman is the most important aspect of the series, but if you're going to ship, and I suspect you are, please don't lose the momentum for this fantastic couple.
Three romantic triangles diminishes the character of Superman, in my opinion, so I hope you'll put your efforts behind the Clark/Chloe ship, the one with the most story behind it, and fulfill the promise of making Chloe "the girl of his dreams, masquerading as his best friend".
I really do wish that Lois had been written properly from the get-go, but two years have gone by with her portrayal as a high-school drop-out muffin peddler, while simulatenously Chloe has relentlessly pursued journalism and the footsteps of the iconic Lois from the comics. No idea what you guys have up your sleeves, but many fans have invested years in Chloe's character and see her more suited to the role of Superman's ideal, aka iconic Lois Lane, than the Lois on the show, whose dislike of Clark and loyalty to Chloe would seem to preclude her ever wanting a genuine romantic relationship with him.
It's your story, folks, but I hope you'll make it one that makes sense in the end, and does justice to the story of Superman.

I really think all the actors look amazing in all the posters.

If I go with my preference, however, my favorite has got to be the Clark/Chloe/Jimmy one. I've always enjoyed the Clark and Chloe dynamic and found myself quite liking Jimmy Olsen as well. This is probably the one triangle out of the whole bunch that I'd most be happy to see in season 6.

Don't really care about Chimmy at all. Would like Chlark, but I'm too cynical to think the CW would ever do that. But it's still rather nice to see the girl who was shunned from the promos being used.

I'm trying to take a pragmatic approach to this. And not harp on about ratings and ships=ratings. I think everyone should know by now, ships DO NOT equal ratings. If the plot lines and characterizations are still solid, then the shows still going to do well. Take that away and no matter how much you plaster Clark/Lois, Clark/Chloe, Clark/Lana, none of it will matter.

In any case, I'm not intrigued about any triangle. What I do want to see is progression of Clark/Lois. More interaction between them, and as another fan upthread said, with the season perhaps ending with the two of them re-examining their feelings for each other. I sincerely hope I get to see this.

I'm hoping for Chlark. We've watched this relationship build for 5 years now! There at a point in their relationship where, to me, it makes most sense that they try a romantic one. Chloe/Clark is my favourite pairing on Smallville. I hope we finally get to see it. She supports him and helps him like no one else except his parents. I'd like to see Chloe happy and get what she's wanted since this series premiered - Clark!

I love the idea of Clark having to fight for the affection of a girl from JIMMY OLSEN. Lois maybe Superman's girl, but everyone who has watched Smallville for the last 6 years knows it's Chloe he should be with.

At least for a season or two. :)

Putting my money in for Chlark. AFter 5 years and last years kiss, they NEED to happen.

Well, the only thing these posters are telling me is that Smallville has a smokin' cast! Lol. Eh, but the idea of Clark in 3 triangles? I dont know whose ''bright'' idea that was, but it's a verrry bad decicion, IMHO.

1. It doesn't make sense. Clark having feelings for 3 girls all at the same time? Please dont ruin Clark's character like this, because this is only going to reflect on him in a negative light.

2. Clark in 3 Triangles further divides an already really divided internet fandom. If anyone from the CW is hearing this, you know these polls you guys put up? They're the harbingers of online 'shipper wars, where all sense flies out of the window. Now all 3 'ships think they have a chance this year. Obviously, we're being played. But why pi** off fans like this? By promising some of them what they wont end up getting.

3. And lastly, it's a bad idea because too much focus on romantic issues is never a good idea on a Superman show. And this year.

Anyway, all said and done, I cant predict whats going to happen, just went along with my gut which is Clark/Lois/Green Arrow and Clark/Lois.

All the posters look good. I am reading one thing from these posters that Clark will be single this season. Which will be a good thing because he can focus on his destiny rather than getting involved in relationships.

I am not sure what CW wants to tell its viewers by involving Clark in all 3 triangles. I just see this as a way to satisfy all the ships. You have 2 more traingles left. One with Clark/Martha/Lionel and another with Clark/Lex/Lionel. When will we see them.

Wow, beautiful posters. I love all three, very well done. My personal preference is towards the Clark/Lois/Olliver one. But the other two ones are nice too, and they all look fantastic.

I think Clark/Lex/Lana is something we can't escape right now on the show, as much as I dont like it. They are the main characters of the show. I'm not a Chlark 'shipper at all either, but I'm hoping that if something is done along those lines, let it be done quick, swift amd painlessly, because it's a messy situation, Clark involved in a triangle with Jimmy Olsen, not to memtion Chloe being Lois' cousin, Clark's future wife. And I also think that a romance, if it has to happen should happen in such a way that when it ends, it does'nt end up ruining the Chlark friendship. Because as individual characters and their platonic friendship, I like the Chlark scenario.

I think Clark/Lois should emerge, and maybe is likely to emerge as some kind of fixture by the end of the season. If only, because if this season and next is the last, the writers have got to start accelerating the Clois relationship atleast somewhat. Show more hints of attraction, more friendly scenes, more bonding and also the usual general snarky banter. And maybe with the end of the season, both Clark and Lois re-examining their feelings for each other, even if they aren't necessarily in a relationship together.
