okay chirs and lorelia are cute but He and Luck and 10 million timees cuter!

I am a HUGE Luke-Lorelai fan!!!!!! I love them, what most ppl dont realize is that THEY have a history too. They have known eacheachother for 7 years as like best friends before they got together. I hate chris. He is mean to Luke. Pout. I like also Logan and Rory. I HATED JESS!

So, I'm a huge GG fan. I love the first 5 seasons...and then season 6 started to get dark (as someone mentioned in one of the message boards).

Getting dark is OK, but then you go from the incredible sadness of season 6 to now. It's so true..the writing is terrible...terrible because it doesn't blend with the previous sesons. People/Characters do changer on shows, but they don't change so much that the viewers stop and go, "who are these people?". That's how I feel right now. I know that Lorelai has now ended it with Christopher, which I am VERY happy about. I'm a huge Lorelai/Luke fan. I think that in life, there's so much sadness and loneliness, that having faith in holding onto a bond or love or friendship like Luke and Lorelai's is overwhelmingly imperitave.

Yes, Christopher and Lorelai have a history, but no, as someone mentioned, not all histories are meant to have a perfect ending...not all of them are always healthy. Rushing into marriage the way they did...that was stupid. It was stupid for Luke and Lorelai to have allowed themselves to drift so far apart from each other.

But they belong together. And from what I've read about this season, L&L are supposed to grow a little more and that Lorelai is going to stay single for a while (in TV land that will probably be like three more episodes...lol).

Luke's sister was right. They're soul mates, but just weren't initially on the right path at the same time. But I'm willing to bet (despite the shitty writing...dude R, do something about that please) that they will end up together. Well, the better damit!

Oh, and yes, I always fast forward the Chris and Lorelai scenes. The first one I didn't try to rush through was the last one with her breaking it off with him.

But I really don't like him. Their history is made up of memories and feelings from when they were 16...people evolve and grow and that dream or possibilty of something from when you were 16 can change so much, that it perhaps took getting married to him for Lorelai to see it.

And so, though getting married was stupid, I think that it's good they are getting rid of Chris now. Gives them time to put L&L back together.

OK...done with my rant.

Well... I know this is totally against everyone. The way I see it is. Chris and Lorelai. He knows everything about her. That was her first. She had Rory with him. It's just something I guess hard for someone just to let go of. No matter what he's always going to be in her life because, Rory is his daughter. So he's always going to be in her life. She also has very strong feelings for Chris as well. So much has happened between them. Luke doesn't understand Lorelai like Chris does. Chris and Lorelai are like the same in some aspects. I think though they are meant to be.

I think Lorelai is confused. I think Christopher was a rebound gone wild and I think she may be starting to realize it.

She still loves Luke, if she stays with Chris it will be out of concern for Rory and the fact that she doesn't think the situation with Luke will change from the way it was before.

i'm a chris & lorelai supporter i think they are a great couple, i loved the ep in paris when chris proposed so cute! but i think lorelai is gonna get back with luke, i think she still love's him.

I really hope that Luke and Lorelai get back together! The are so perfect for one another. When Chris proposed I was so upset! I don't think that Lorelai realized that she and Chris were "life partners" until AFTER they were married. I also don't believe the whole "i hav changed" crap that chris always talks about. Anyway, i just really, really hope that Lorelai and Luke will put aside their differences and get back to gether... once and for all!!!

Lorelai should finally wake up and get back with luke. they belong together.

just wanted to say last episode rocked. the whole episode was awesome. I loved Luke. with baby plus to tell anna that he has rights too. It rocked. now we just need lorelai to get her senses back. yay. more LL screentime please and I'll enjoy watching GG again.

Luke has made one big mistake with respect to how he handled the whole April thing with Lorelai. But Christopher has screwed things up how many times?!?! I can't believe that people think Luke had his chance and now it's all Chris. Chris has had too many chances already. Plus, the whole schmoopy "I love you" bit is getting old. Stop hanging on Chris Lorelai. It's annoying.

I feel really bad for Luke...having April taken away from him like that...she doesn't even want to go. I have a feeling that Lorelai isn't exactly thrilled about the marriage...I mean sure she is happy, but not in the way she would be if she was married to Luke.. Luke is now realizing what he lost in Lor...and I think that they will get back together. or I'm at least hoping...

Luke & Lorelai have BOTH done things to push away their relationship. After all their "shenanigans", I can't feel sorry for Luke anymore. I am "leary" of the Chris & Lorelai thing...& could see the story dying if they stay together. It's about time they got 2gether but, 4 the sake of the story, it won't last. PS..I pray Logan stays faithful, but now that Marty is in the picture again...something says that Logan is going to screw up & Rory will give Marty the chance he's been yearning for. YUCK!!

I don't like Christopher...WHY DID LOREALI NOT TELL OR WANT TO TELL RORY ABOUT THEIR MARRIAGE IN PARIS!? that to me sounds like Lor didn't want to even get married and she didn't even sound that happy that they did it. She left a message on her parents' answering machine telling them that they got married and she didn't even want him to go with her into town!!! CHRISTOPHER IS NOT RIGHT NOT LORELAI!!

In the Philidelphia Stroy, Tracey ends up with Dex-the first guy. I think this was just shown, as Luke letting go, realizing that he can't have her, and he thought of himself as George (even though he isn't the 'for now' guy.) Movies in GG are never taken for plot as anvils, just what the character thinks. For example, in So...Good Talk, Lorelai is watching A Star is Born, in which Judy Garland is singing about the man that got away. Really, the man killed himself, obviously, that's not going to happen to Luke (!!!!). But Lorelai and the audience simply took it as Lorelai missing Luke. Then... well, I think we all know what happens next. =)

I think Lorelai should be with Luke, they are totally made for each other, Christopher and Lorelai don't have a strong chemistry like Luke does. I wish for Luke and Lorelai get together again, they deserve each other.

While I thought Luke & Lorelai were a match made in heaven, Luke was afraid of committment, and is only now changing his mind. Meanwhile, Chris has changed for the better. He is no longer the abandoning type guy, he is committed, both towards making up for lost time parenting Rory,and for taking care of Lorelai. He's finally all grown up and mature, which Lorelai needs, because she isn't. Luke, on the other hand, is still operating like a kid. I think Lor & Luke should stay together.

While we're at it, please keep Logan being responsible and a good guy. Kids need a good exapmle here. He & rory should get together. However, if they do drift apart (which I hope doesn't happen), then Rory should be with Marty - he's a great guy.

everything is falling into place (or so it seems) for everyone involved in the luke-lor-chris triangle. maybe for rory as well (if we see promo clips) on her perception towards her parents marriage. but the more we debate, the more headache will appear. lets juz watch and see who the undecisive lor will pick. or maybe.. whether luke will fight for lorelai. or..arrgh! headache. i will juz wait and observe the outcome. hahhaa.. ;)

OK, first of all: I'm not a native English speaker, therefore my English is far from being perfect.
Now:
Actually, I like Lorelai and Chris together - and not because they have a daughter together. They have undeniable chemestry and Chris totally understands what is going on in Lorelais head. Luke on the other hand: Well, I like him as the gloomy kind of guy who makes Lunch and Diner etc. But as Lors boyfriend? I never felt like the fitted together.
I so hope Lor sticks with Chris. Everything else would be unfair to him and his daughter. But I am realistic: She will end up with Luke, otherwise the whole show wouldn't make any sense at all. I don't like Lorelai for what she is doing to Chris. Either she should love him without second thoughts or she had never married him in the first place.

Die hard fan getting really irritated here. Might just have to stop watching if things continue on this course. I fast forward through every Chris scene. He's been a smarmy, inconsistent, immature gnat buzzing around Lorelai's life whenever it is convenient for him. If she can't be with Luke than she should be with ANYONE OTHER THAN CHRIS! Don't try to make him into something he isn't and hasn't been for the entire duration of this show!

I think that Chris is unfinished business. Lorelai had that epiphany where she did the reverse of what her parents want for her. I don't remember why, but Lorelai and Chris will not last. You can already see that she is unhappy with marrying Chris so quickly. I want Lorelai to realize that Chris is all wrong for her and decide to end things. Then I want her to realize that she loves Luke and works on getting him back.

OK, I know everyone says "Chris and Lorelai are meant to be together" ,but so are her and luke. Chris keeps abandoning her, while Luke is always there. The Palladinos have been setting up Lorelai/Luke for years, and I hope David Rosenthal puts them back togethe!

This is my most favorite show on TV. I can't stand that Lor and Chris got married. I think Lor and Luke should be together. They fit like no two people can fit. I know Chris and Lor have a child together but hello....she's grown up now! There's no need to be together just because of Rory. Luke is totally my pick.

I think that Luke is an idiot. Dont get me wrong I was all for Luke and Lorelai but he was stupid about the whole april thing. He should have included her...she was afteral his fiance. They had the plan, they were gona get married, everything was set. Then he said he wanted time and she gave it to him but he wasnt giving 100% to their relationship. I think Lorelai did love Luke but deep down she knew he wasnt the one for her because she would have fought harder to be involed. It was so unlike her to keep quiet. And who did she turn to when things got worse? CHRISTOPHER!! and he WAS there for her just like he has always been. He will always love her and she will always love him. Luke had his chance and he screwed up, he doesnt deserve another chance with her and it would not be fair to Christopher and Loreali for him to try and but in and get back with her.

I am disgusted by Chris. He is an opportunist who has taken advantage at every weak moment. Lorelai is like a zombie and seems to be going through the motions but not really feeling anything. Meanwhile, Luke is turning out to be the good guy. Who knew?

Luke needs to fight for Lorelai, and maybe she will wake up from a REALLY BAD dream!!!

I think that it will never last between Lor and Chris. She does not love him they way she does Luke. I think Luke is an idiot for what he did to her. She is known for her immature antics, but in reality most adults can be immature at times. If Luke and Lor don't get back together, I'm not sure I will continue to watch this show. I think Lorelai will end up with Luke again. The way I see it, it all depends on Luke. Lorelai still loves him, she just felt guilty after sleeping with Chris. If Luke can forgive her for doing that, they will be back together.

The first time Chris and Lor where together I was all over it. It was great! And then Sherry got pregnant and that really sucked! Then Lorelai finally gets with Luke. I thought that was it, happily ever after, and it should have been. Then Luke started acting like a pansy. I couldn't take it. I just wanted to smack him. Then she left him to be with Chris. Crappy again! I have been fighting this latest Chris and Lor hookup for sometime now, but I have come to the conclusion that its good. This is the way it should be. Afterall, they do have a child together and they have always loved eachother, and their immaturity is mirrored in one another. I think Luke should be with the mother of his child too, then finally all the loose ends would be tied up. A happily ever after...I need a happily ever after for this show or my head might explode. There is so much more drama now than ever. It drives me nuts. Stop the drama!

I think its going to take time for Loreli to get settled in this new marriage and everyone needs to see the real issue. Loreli has never been happy and hopefully Christopher is here to do what everyone has failed to do.

I think Lorelai should be with Luke. I think Luke should go for it with her. They belong together. Lorelai just needs to realize that she can't always be happy all the time. She needs to work through her problems instead of running from guy to guy.

I think Luke should go for it. He and Lorelai whould be together.

I really don't think it will last between Lor and Chris. They jumped into the marriage thing way too fast. Yes they know each other as each other, but they didn't have a real identity established as a pair yet and they don't know how well they function together since they grew up. When they find out what the other is like while they're living together, they will see that they are wrong for each other at the moment and Lorelai will call it off in a fit of five-year-old immaturity she has become known for.

The problem with Lorelai is that she "wants to be happy now".
She proposed to Luke because she had just "broken up" with Rory.
She felt unhappy when Luke took care of his child.
She couldn't wait if a little girl had to know her father. She couldn't wait five minutes, after talking with a third-rate shrink.
She jumps into the bed of rory's father and in a relationship with him. Then the improved stupid Lorelai wants to be married with whatever. And can't wait and try him for a while. After that she divorces in some months (I'd approve that) and passes to next happy pastime, maybe pining for Luke, like Rosenthal said.

of course it wont last. She will end up with Luke. the both figurred out wat the really want, and it's going great then. Our am i being a bit to naief?????
