Veronica Mars: The Mystery Deepens
Oh, Veronica, you really need to work on your trust issues. Do you honestly think Weevil would be stupid enough to take Lily’s necklace from you? He’d have to know you’d turn all Angel of Vengeance to get it back, and he’d never be stupid enough to cross you on that. However, we do think he was pretty stupid to brag about his criminal exploits as Veronica’s show-and-tell – er, sorry, “Oral Report” – subject. How could he have thought that was a good idea?
Try as we might, we can’t figure out what Veronica and Logan were dressed up as at the Halloween party. Were they Keanu Reeves and Sandra Bullock from Speed? Veronica and Jughead from the Archie comics? People with bad hair? And does wearing a black wig really count as a costume?
We’re concerned about other men in Veronica’s life – did Wallace just get caught cheating? Does that mean his basketball scholarship is at risk? Are there nefarious forces at work here? We’re beginning to think this show is making us paranoid.
Maybe we were supposed to feel sympathetic towards Dean O’Dell with his sick stepson, but sorry, we still think he’s an uptight jerk. We don’t know what the writers could do to make him a sympathetic figure – maybe he adopts abandoned puppies, or feeds the homeless? Short of that, we’re sticking with our original assessment – he’s an officious, overbearing twerp.
What'd you think, Veronica fans? Did the episode reel you in? Are you as paranoid as we are?

I have been an avid watcher since the first season. I watch each week and have a group of friends who are just as faithful to watching it as I am. I want the show to continue, however, I don't fell that this season is as good as the other seasons. The main mystery is not as personal as it was in the other seasons and V is a crazy jealous girl friend a little too often and Logan seems to have a different personality. Any word on what happened to Duncun? Also, who doesn't love Weevil?

i love Veronica Mars. However, I am getting a little tired of Veronica's lack of trust. I get that she has major trust issues especially after the season 2 finale, but there comes a point and time where you just have to chalk it up and work through it. I wish Veronica would start majorly working on her trust issues. As for Logan and Veronica, I am a LoVe fan. However, I am happy anytime they interact. I know the nature of television shows is that couples are not happy for too awfully long. As long as they remain in contact with one another then I will be a happy camper. Also, maybe you should have waited a bit to add Piz and Parker to the opening credits. At least you are allowing us the chance to get to know both of them slowly.
Keep Veronica Mars on the air for a long time to come.

I'm guessing Logan's accent was supposed to be from the movie The Mighty Wind and had nothing to do with his costume.
I loved the Joe College/Jose Lunchpail exchange. Yay! Logan is definitely at his most entertaining when he's exchanging barbs with people. If it can't be with Veronica, it might as well be with Weevil.

I heard something about the White Stripes thing, but how come Logan came in with that "accent"? I'm confused.

First of all, it's Lilly. Total of three L's.
Logan is an asshole, you got it? Stop making him to be all sweet. Yeah the scene with Weevil was reminiscent of that, but we need more. Go back to your season 1 roots, VM is too watered down these days.
