I will marry you. Thank god there was no baby..a currupt billionaire father and an emotionally confused mother. wow... as far as relationships in this show, here is how they should end up***

and its true, lana does have 2 many stalkers and tht gets old after awhile. i think they should cut lana out of the story... maybe she was just so confused about being threatened by evil luthor sr, being married 2 lex that she commits suicide or runs away from her probs like ussual..or they can use the old salker thingmajig and 1 of her stupid stalkers finally kills her... either way she does ruin the show and if her and clark get back together imma throw up..

I want Clark to end up with Lois. chloe is okay and im okay if it's not lois and it's chloe. I hated lana for a while and i still kind of do. even after the rescent episode when lana and lex got married after lana found out clarks secret i thought it over. the idea of clark and lana together but NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I HATE LANA LANG! she thinks she's better than everybody. she thinks shes so important and she's not. shes so controlling over clark. she takes advantage of his feelings for her. its so mean. idk why clark thinks shes so important. i want clark and lois cuz he's always had alittle bit of feelings for her. clark likes lois and lois will grow to like clark. Lana and Lex deserve each other. Chloe is okay. Chloe used to have a crush on Clark in high school and they had a relationship in season 1. Clark and Chloe might realize they still like each other. I want Clark and Lois to be together though. Clark has a crush on her even though he still loves Lana and when Clark realizes how much he likes Lois. Lois will grow to like Clark and they will be together. Just no more Lana Lang. Clark needs to forget about her. Lana is a fake person. I HATE HER! Nothing against Kristin Kreuk the actress I just the character. I want CLARK AND LOIS TO BE TOGETHER! THEY LOVE EACH OTHER!

Well, given we're on the subject of strange plots and you've cited as example that Superman killed Lois in space (yay!), can we wish for Lana to end up with Clark in SV land? Well, Superman and Lois has been done so many times. It's a story that's no longer fresh. Give us a new story that has not been explored before... that Clark ends up with his first love, Lana!

What Smallville needs when it comes back: END LEX AND LANA. Lana should then try to get back with Clark and he should say "sorry it's too late, you've been treating me like crap these last passed months". Then she should leave Smallville pregnant and all.

The Green Arrow should become a regular and Dr. Fine should come back too and also be a regular but be used just as much as Lex or more. We get it already...Lex is bad now we don't need any more episodes showing us that. So bring Fine back and let someone else be evil. The best parts of season 5 was Fine plotting against Clark.

Plus just end Lionel and Martha's relationship. I miss Jonathan so her even thinking of getting with Lionel both makes me itchy and pisses me off too.

Also bring back the Martian Manhunter. Static didn't leave fans caring if Lana says yes to Lex. IT LEFT FANS WANTING TO SEE THE MARTIAN MANHUNTER!! Also gives us more of the Green Arrow and just way way way less of Lex and Lana. Like I said just end them! I think Lana should leave and Lex should leave for awhile too and just let Dr. Fine be the main bad guy for ahwile. Hell that's what they should've done in season 5. This way we could've got Zod without him just lamely being in Lex's body. We also wouldn't have had the lame Lex and Lana stuff also!

p.s who knows who he kisses.. thers tori spelling character who is called linda it might be her.. and not lois.. also maybe its the martian manhunter who flies lois over metropolis

I always thought Clark would have a failed relationship with Lana and Chloe in Smallville. In the first season I noticed that if you put the two girls together you got.... Lois Lane. Then when Clark actual met her she would be the best of both worlds. Kind of sad that didn't happen.... :(

My favorite spoilers are that concerning Lois/Clois, however I am cautious in expecting a full blown romance as we know that TPTB have aleady said that Clark is single this season and secondly, Erica Durance (sadly) isn't in the second half of the season and won't reappear until near the finale....

Yes, it does, I don't see Dean Cain's, Christopher Reeve's or Brandon Routh's Clark Kent going out with a girl who was Jimmy Olsen's ex-girlfriend who has even slept with him. If you don't know what I am talking about, please go and watch Superman movies and/or Lois and Clark.

Tom Welling is the most gorgeous actor to play Clark Kent, I won't say the best Clark Kent, as I have lot of issues with this Clark, but pairing him up with Jimmy's ex would destroy him further.

Clark Kent needs to work on his reporter skills, his superhero identity and the real relationship of his life, i.e., Lois Lane. Only that is what makes him Superman!

Smallville is one of the best shows on TV but we fans are the ones destroying it. That is why I think the producers think that the only way to keep the show alive is to keep the shippers happy and that is destroying the show and making Smallville the weakest version of Superman ever!

I was just looking at the Subterranean discussion blog on CW and reading posts by Chloe fans saying how good the episode was without 'Lois' and I was thinking, when would they rise above this? When would they simply enjoy an episode and praise everyone who puts in a good performance and accept all characters presence on the show as we know all of them have huge fan followings and none of them is going anywhere!

sigh. Not everything is about Lois vs. Chloe. In my post I mentioned all the relationships because I wanted to show how TPTB have really mixed people up all over, in a very crazy way...and sometimes its just too much

I didnt say it to make Lois look bad, didn't say it to make Lana look bad, didn't say it to make Chloe look bad...I didn't make all these relationships...the writers did. My post has nothing to do with promoting Chlark or Clois. As I recall, I say NO to relationships because sometimes they make such a big deal of it..more than a plot.

I don't think someone's worth is defined by whether they will date the hero, the sidekick or the villain. I am not too excited. None of the spoilers have substance, they are only to lure in all shippers. I say to all the fans, specially the Clois fans not to get too excited, because if you haven't read the latest Al Gough interview, Clana is definitely coming back!

Naturally, as usual, you have brought in Lois's boyfriends, let me tell you that in the animated series Superman, Lois dated Batman i.e., Bruce Wayne, and later moved on to Clark. Clark dating/marrying the ex of another superhero who is equal to him is not a humiliation to him, his dating his sidekick's girlfriend is. Moreover, in LnC, Lois was engaged to Lex Luthor before she married Clark. Bringing Lois in this wasn't nesseccary but since you have, I thought I might give you clarification.

As for Chloe, I think she is wonderful and I adore her couple with Jimmy, who suites her personality well but I think Clark/Chloe will never click as Clark has never really shown any feelings for her. However, it is too early to say anything, we don't know what is in store for future.

Whatever it is, the truth is that Clark, Lois, Chloe, Lana and Lex, all are our beloved characters and we tune into Smallville for all of them. So comparing them and saying this one did this and that one did that isn't fair to anyone.

Such a sad thing that with the majority of spoilers coming out, the main thing to concentrate on is who is going to hook up with who next.

Does anyone know of a place where I can get spoilers that do not involve kissing, relationships and hook ups? Maybe Clark using his powers better, or maturing beyond the "which relationship next phase"? Any spoilers about the Fortress? At this point, I would gladly hear more about Tori Spelling...and for me, that's a stretch!

Actually, I think TPTB screwed up alot already with the relationships. Considering what they have done, NO ONE should be with ANYONE in the present or future. Let's backtrack shall we?

Clark and Lana. ok...we knew that. Then she had to hook up with her ex-boyfriend's ex-friend...and have his baby. Fascinating.

You mentioned Chimmy. I agree. Jimmy dates Clark's best friend, And you say that watching Superman date Jimmy's ex is horrible. I concur. Let's move to the wife of Superman.

So, the future wife of Superman hooks up with Aquaman, and another fellow JLA buddy, Green Arrow. The same Green Arrow that (according to Smallville)helps Clark see the bigger picture about his hero potential. The same GreeN Arrow who became his good male pal when he really needed one.

Considering this evidence, I think ALL potential couples, present or future look damn bleak. It's a friggin soap opera mess.

Unfortunately, I think Clark has already been humiliated through the Lexana relationship, and frankly, for me at least, watching the wife of Superman date 2 of his JLA buddies is also humiliating.

Frankly, TPTB are to blame for making this such a mess. So, I say NO TO RELATIONSHIPS...they are already screwed.

Did I say anything about Chloe? Did I compare her to Lois? NO. Did I say that Lois was lightswitched? NO. Don't start with the "Chloe wannabe Lois" thing. It's not my fault that Chloe was cast on the show from the pilot.

I said nothing against Erics Durnace either. I'm glad she gets recognition too. All the characters should. I also think that she does a good portrayal of Lois. I bashed her nowhere in my comment. Just becuase I may be a little disappointed in the direction doesnt mean I hate her. As fans we all like different things.

What I don't want to happen is that, becuase they have a limited timeline and they want to get this relationship-in-the-making out there, they start making Clark feel guilty, worrying about hurting Ollie and all that drama. Wasn't Ollie his friend?...ok. How quickly we forget about his feelings.

I'm saying that if Clois has to happen, that they should do it with class, considering that Ollie is still somewhat in the picture. I don't want them to push it, knowing it wont go full blown because of DC restrictions, and have Clark angsty instead. Shouldnt people be happy about that?

Ausiello if you mean Clois is the couple that is coming, then I am willing to watch Smallville, but if they show us Clana or Chlark crap once again after five years of constant torture, I'd stop watching Smallville, seriously.

I have nothing against Lana and Chloe's characters, both are wonderful, but they are not for Clark and Clark is not for them. They need to move on and Clark needs to move towards Lois!

Clana and Chlark are past and we have endured them for five years, if TPTB wants to move Clark towards future and his destiny than Lois needs to be given a bigger role to play!

First things first, the Clois kiss in Hydro is ABSOLUTELY SIZZLING HOT!

I am also very glad that Al & Miles showed a kiss between TW/ED because it establishes their chemistry for the future romance that we are going to see between the two.

Funny thing, Smallville's Clois have so many die hard fans even when they haven't even shared a kiss on the screen, the kiss will make Clois absolutely a craze, specially when TW and ED rock together!!

The spoilers, well, I am not too excited. RedK Clark sounds loads of fun but I am not sure I am ready to see Clark on this 'kissing spree'. My other reservation is that there are no spoilers regarding Clark moving towards finding something that takes him closer to becoming Superman or becoming journalist. Secondly, I am looking forward to Lois moving to Daily Planet.

All this fun stuff is good, but don't forget this show is about Superman above all!

So much for an episode where Clark will be able to let go and show everyone how he feels - no, he's the kissing bandit. Yeah, that's emotional growth for you.

I'm excited about the spoilers. The first thing I thought when I saw the title "Crimson" was that it was going to be another Red-K episode. I'm so happy to be right!

Also, I can't wait to see how Lois reacts to a Red-K Clark. We've seen Chloe and Lana react to it. It'll be interesting to see Lois's reaction to this very different Clark Kent. There could be some amazing fireworks there -- especially if Lois is under the influence of something, as well.

I think this episode will be a great way for us to see what Clark has been thinking and feeling this year. We know that everyone is moving on and leaving him behind -- he must have a lot of pent up feelings & I think this is a fantastic way to let them out.

Can't wait!!

While I look forward to SexyBack!Clark, and him flying over Metropolis...I'm not pleased about the companion who will be flying with him. Yes, yes..don't jump down my throat yet. I know it is foreshadowing and blah blah blah, and it's destiny..and it's Lois...so she should get it all..blah blah...

It is a strong possibility that Lois will also be affected by Red K. That's a likely reason why she would not remember the day, and the flying...not sure. Hell, maybe everyone could be infected and run rampant in the whole episode! Even Jimmy!

But do you guys in Smallville expect me to believe that after Lois sees all the crazyness in Smallville, and seen Clark without glasses for years, had a glimpse of his fortress, goes flying with him, seen him disappear when things heat up on many occasions, that in the future she won't know Clark Kent with and without glasses? Yeah right. I suppose at the end of the show she will get a massive case of amnesia about everything that happened in Smallville...i can't believe anything else.

I hope Lana finds out about Clark...but doesn't tell Lex. As for the twist about her little bun...so does Clark's DNA save the baby? Will the baby now become Lex's but with Clark's genes??? *gasp*...but then, who's gonna be the real daddy??...Is Lana going to bear the next generation of superheros after Superman? haaa..i doubt it!

And this couple that Ausiello is rooting for and/or this relationship that will change because of Clark...well, I'm not even going to touch that box of fireworks.

So let's see: He kisses Lois in Hydro; then in Labryinth, 2 episodes later he kisses Lana (i'm going with that because they are back to being high school sweathearts; and THEN he goes on kissing sprees in Crimson. I guess this year is the year when Clark gets alot of action.

Way to go Ausiello for saying it's a "couple we've been rooting for"..who is "we"..becuase that is a can of worms opening up.

I really hope he does something more interesting on Red K...more than liplocking.

Smallville seems to be failing like Buffy did, Buffy failed because of the ridiculous Spike and buffy relationship.. similarly its being repeated on smallville in my opinion.. The point they broke up Buffy and Angel.. Buffy went down hill fast.. and then eventually cancelled.. same is happeneing to smallville.. its not going to go further than season 7 just like buffy.. you also have the ridiculous Steven Deknight working on this show.. he destroyed buffy now hes back to destroy smallville.. he always rips off movies..
