Lucas should spill the beans. His dad is a murder and he took away the best thing that was in his families life. Dan should not get away with murder. He is just pretending to be a good person, but he will hurt everyone has he always had. Everything Dan touches turns to dust. In Keith case, literally.

Lucas definitely has to tell on Dan. I believe he should tell Karen so that this early while she has not yet fallen for Dan so much, she would know the truth. I thought maybe he should tell Nathan after all, it's his father too. But Nathan is already saddled with his own problems.

For his own sanity's sake, he should tell someone. He can't keep something like this to himself. And in the past, he's always been able to tell PEYTON his secrets. He told Peyton about rescuing Dan and Peyton was the only person (aside from Karen) who knew about his doubts about Jimmy killing Keith.

So I definitely see him telling Peyton first. She's always been supportive of him. Karen and probably even Nathan will be judgemental and might not believe him at all.

My first thought was go to the police but he wouldn't do that b/c if they found out something it would hurt his mom b/c he didn't come to her first. So I guess he should tell her but not in person. I wouldn't be able to say that my dad or whatever he calls him shot your fiance and the father of your baby b/c i'm very nonconfrontational.

Let it go Lucas! Dan and Karen are happy together, Dan was willing to go to jail for Nathan because of his guilt, he's changed! Okay, all of that's probably a lie, Dan is constantly tricking us into believing he's good before going on a destructive rampage. Hello Everyone, first of all Wednesday night i saw as i'm sure you all did too see the preview for next weeks OTH and Lucas is pointing a gun at Dan. So obioulsy Lucas is sooo going to confront Dan. Keith meant more to Lucas than anyone else. So it's obvious he's going to do something about it. Can't wait to watch next Wednesday.

I believe that lucas should tell what dan has done. It would reveal bigger questions that i think many people would want to know. Like is dan really a changed man? doest he really regret his past and wants to do good? Or is this all a set up... seeing on how he still treats deb with hostale disrespect.

And I honestly thought his reaction would be greater than it was because he just seemed to be shocked but calm instead of the lucas he has been known to be when he is hurt...passionate and direct. Dan shouldn't get a happy ending, he is the one who has messed his own life up in the first place and could have had a life with karen and lucas but chose to be a jerk and pick sports and a pretty blonde instead. Lucas should definitely tell. Murder is a crime, that doesnt change just because you show remorse, or become a better person after. Keith is dead, is brother murdered him, and Jimmy should not be the one who is blamed. I also think that Lucas should confide in Haley first, she has been there with him through everything. I'm not sure I would rush to tell Nathan or Karen, both of them seem to have better opinions of Dan right now, and may possibly believe that Lucas is being vindictive.

I think he should tell Nathan first, and they should go and find Abby! then tell Karen and then teh police :)

There is a fine line that Lucas is walking right now between telling and having power over Dan. If you think about it Dan has always been the person that has all of the peices of the puzzle and to destroy someone he would place them all together. Now Lucas has that power but at a price. He could send the man who didn't want him to jail for killing the man who became his father, hurting the most important person in his life, his mom. Or he could tell Dan and see if he really is a changed person and confesses. Or he could bury it and have the feeling of guilt for the rest of his life, like Dan has.

I think that sending Dan to jail would be hard for the show because Paul is the best bad guy in the world! But at the same time Dan needs to be judged and sentenced for what he had done. Lucas is definatly going to tell, that is just the kind of character he is. But he has no real proof, she skipped town! So when he does tell people are going to be hesitant to believe him.
He should tell his friends but I'm not so sure that telling Nathan would be a good idea. Maybe he should tell the rivercourt boys or Peyton or even Glenda. See what their reaction is before telling Karen. Or even right the truth in his book, let the fake masses know the truth.

Whatever happens, the truth is going to come out in a big way. Man this show is addicting.

I think Lucas SHOULD tell. As much as I'm loving the "new" Dan (and believe me I am) I loved Keith and nothing he does is going to change the fact that he killed him! I wish Dan would've been this person a long time ago. Before killing Keith. I blame Deb a little too for trying to kill Dan and letting Dan think Keith tried to kill him. Still, Dan needs to pay for what he did because Karen can't go on living a lie.

i think he should hold off on telling karen.. maybe tell peyton+haley first. idk if i would tell nathan yet because he got really mad at him for finding out stuff about dan in season 2.. even though, it's been a long time since then, nathan+dan have actually been okay lately with the whole dante thing, and nathan keeps going to him for advice..

He's going to have to tell her eventually. After Dan's weird little break down in Lucas' room, I think that maybe she would believe him. Once she sat and thought about it. I figure, the sooner he tells her, the less it will hurt her in the end. It's going to be harder for her if he gives her more time to build up a relationship with Dan. If Dan could be this good guy all the time, that would be a different story, but he always has a bad boy relapse eventually. Poor Karen.

I wish he didn't tell anyone, I love Paul Johansson's character and I love that he's a good guy now and that he's finally with Karen, I'd love it if they could just stay like that (keep dreaming LOL)

But I know that's not gonna happen so I'm praying for redemption. After all he regrets it completely and Keith did sleep with his wife and didn't exactly let him know that he didn't try to kill him, I think Keith kinda enjoyed watching his brother so messed up and so confused trying to figuring out who really did it, and the truth is they all wanted him dead, they all told him, it could've been anyone, evidence pointed at Keith... and Dan must have felt like hell, he must have been out of his mind for sure. It's really sad, I hope somehow they can forgive him.

I do not think he should tell his mom first. She would be a total mess. She is actually getting happy. I would want my mom to be happy too. If Lucas tells her, she will hesitate to believe him. She still has feelings for Dan. I think he should tell Haley, Peyton, Brook and Nathan. (His closest friends) Or atleast try to get an opinion from them...
