CW Stars All Over Portrait Magazine's Top 30 Stars Under 30
Online teen mag Portrait magazine polled its readers to find out which stars under 30 deserved the most praise, and several CW stars made the list.
Alexis Bledel came in at number 20, and the magazine got her to speculate on what’s next for her after Gilmore Girls. “I write a lot, too, so I would like to write or direct in the future if I can,….I always thought that I would work behind the camera – it’s a more comfortable place for me to be, really.” Innnnteresting.
Smallville’s Allison Mack hit the list at number 10 – and Portrait pointed us to her travel log at www.allisonmack.com. Good stuff.
The cast of Veronica Mars was listed as The Critics’ Favorites at number 6 – if only the show had gotten the rating both critics and fans think it deserved. The magazine has a list of all the projects the cast is working on post-Veronica, so at least we’ll be able to see our favorites soon. We knew about Tina Majorino in Big Love, Chris Lowell’s turn on Private Practice, Kristen and Enrico’s upcoming movie roles, and Jason Dohring’s new part on Moonlight, but we hadn’t heard about Percy Daggs III’s role in “American Son,” or that Ryan Hansen would be appearing in “Sherman’s Way with Enrico, or that Julie Gonzalo was working on both Spanish-language and English films, along with producing another movie. Plus, Chris has a movie in the works and Tina is in the band The AM Project. Whew!
Finally, Portrait pays tribute to two of your favorite shows: One Tree Hill (number 3 on the list) and Supernatural (number 2). Check out the whole list!

I seriously hope that the nanny isn't ineterested in neither Nathan or Haley. I think that they should start out the new season dramaless considering that it's all their relationship is based on anyway. They should give Nathan and Haley a break and ruin someone elses lifes.

Jensen and Allison! My two favorite actors/actresses on TV right now. Awesome! Congrats to them. They definitely deserve it.
I hope more people recognize Allison.
Smallville and Supernatural are really excellent shows.

Lillie's comment makes me want to learn more about Allison. But yours, Chloegirl? Frankly, it's a little scary. Counting the number of lines devoted to each actress and deciding Sarah has something against Allison? She said something positive and linked to Allison's site. Alexis was quoted in the article on Portrait. Allison was not. It's not like there was some huge profile of Allison on Portrait that got ignored. She got a little blurb.
You ask why The CW doesn't give more attention to Allison. Maybe it's because some (not all, but some) Allison Mack fans are negative, bitter and constantly search for bias in every article. Just a wild guess!

Allison Mack hit the list at number 10. Smallville come back this fall. No picture and one line.
Alexis Bledel came in at number 20. Gilmore Girls is over. one picture and 3 lines.
Sarah doesn't like Chloe or never seen Smallville.
Wake up CW, Allison Mack is the best actress of the CW and the favorite of fans. Last year you ignored her in the promotion. It's pathetic.

AWESOME! Congrats to all the CW stars that made the list. Glad Allison ranked #10. Funny how every article written about her mentions that she is underrated and I agree. Hopefully the CW will start to see how wonderful Allison is and if she's not in the promos this year I'll be pissed.
