Lois and Clark Lead TV Guide's Sci-Fi Preview Edition

Lois and Clark Cover
This week TV Guide publishes its highly anticipated sci-fi edition. It's no surprise that the mag's cover features two of the genre's torchbearers, Lois and Clark of Smallville. Not only are they on the cover, but there's plenty of scoop inside regarding these two and the other characters on the show, which returns for its seventh season on Thursday, September 27.

Some juicy bits, old and new:

- Cousin Kara's arrival opens the door to a more mature Clark, who must teach her how to harness her powers for the right situations (old)

- New Daily Planet editor Grant Gabriel, played by Michael Cassidy, will show an interest in Lois that goes "beyond professional boundaries" (old)

- According to co-exec producer Al Gough, Lois and Clark are still " 'still far from their romantic destiny' " (sorry, Clois-ers)

- Lois will emerge more as " 'the Lois Lane we know from the Superman mythology' " this season (we'll believe it when we see it)

Iheard the reason why they don't bring Bruce wayne into the smallville show has to do with the rights or something about the new farnchise. I say the reason why they don't bring Bruce into smallville is that they affraid the Bruce will steal the thunder away from Clark. Come on lets face it Batman is the better character. Forget the politics and bring on the Bat damn it.

look i dont want to see lois and clark ever together, she looks to old for him, and plus ya'll already got mostly everyone stuck on clark and lana, so if you change that up, i will have a change in shows, maybe to heros

NICE COVER CLARK IS SOO FINE!!!

Nice cover Clark, except for 1 thing, Lois!

Did Lana change her makeup people after season two?
Her makeup keeps getting worse.

I'm only interested in Clark and Lana and don't give a rat's ass about Lois (or Chloe). I can only hope that they don't disappoint us.

No more photo-shopped covers, please!

The cover looks great. :)

No Chloe? No Chlark? Then, I don't care.

Great to see Tom on a cover! But it would've been nice if TV Guide had made this cover available in all of the US. You can't get it in the NE, and thats just Bull! if you ask me.

As for the scoops? We shall see. I have to say Al Gough is rarely if ever a good ambassador for his own show.

What about bizarro the bad superman and martian man hunter. The show is great but if clark meets batman because they both hate lex luthor that would set the show on freakin fire!!!
