The Sourcies: Vote for the Best Trigger Moment
Last week, we saw what can happen when our favorite characters get physical and start punching each other out. But this week, we're going to a whole new level: Best Trigger Moment. As in, gun-fueled faceoffs and flying bullets. Eeek!
On Smallville, Chloe shoots at Lex and everything goes slo-mo. Dean on Supernatural faces off with the Yellow-Eyed Demon in an explosive scene. And on One Tree Hill, a crazed Lucas points the gun at Dan.

Yellow Eyed Demon (YED) is just a name the fans gave the bad-ass demon for the show... It has no bearing on the superb quality of the show... The OTH trigger moment should not have even received the votes it did since it wasn't even a good shot... he missed?

i casted a vote for One Tree Hill. This scene with Lucas was amazing. the other half to the scene, or the continuation of the scene (in the epi after 4.19) is even better! One Tree Hill fans know the entire 419 420 scenes were the best!

The best scene was oth by far chad was so good in that scene, he had so much emotion! although he missed which was missed on purpose it is the best trigger moment!!

I was on the edge of my seat when Dean was staring down the barrel of the colt held by the YED, then John shows up and bam the game turns in Dean's favour.
Dean shooting the YED with the Colt was just Awesome!!!
The special affect seen when the bullet left the colt was totally superb!!
I can't wait for S3!!! Supernatural Rocks!

i have to say that the best trigger shot has to go to Supernatural hands down, that shot has bin long awaited. The effects to the bullet coming out of the gun are awesome, so supernatural to win.

Eventhough all the scenes were pretty intense, I'm gonna cheer for the underdog here. The Smallville scene was pretty intense because Chloe didn't even give Lex a chance to finish talkin' when BAM!!! her trigger finger gets itchy.

Dean and the YED. A powerful moment... finally, after all of those years, Dean ends it with one perfect shot. Nice effects too.
I thought the Lucas and Dan one was little over the top and kinda silly. Fell flat too. A shame.

The scene where Dean shoots YED is one of the most memorable moments in Supernatural so it definitely gets my vote for this category. So well acted and the effects were just awesome. I agree with Amy, we'd been waiting for that scene for a long time!

No question about it - the scene with Dean and the YED. It was so amazing! One of those moments that make you scream out loud. We waited 2 seasons for that moment and it was perfect. The shot was incredible. Kudos to the cast and crew for that scene!
