Top Model: An Enrique Video! Plus, Heather Falls Ill and Sarah Goes Home
There was no photo shoot on last night's Top Model -- just one long video shoot with singing superstar Enrique Iglesias! Once again, the editing didn't exactly leave us in suspense; it was clear within a few minutes that Sarah was on her way out, since she didn't fit in as a plus-size girl but wasn't thin enough to be a regular model.
So ridiculous, if you ask us. You'd think Tyra, who's not exactly a stick figure herself, would want to change the industry's standards and give a normal-size girl a chance. But instead, the show continues to perpetuate the insane standards of the modeling industry -- either be a size 8 or more and be a "plus-size" model (ahem, that's AVERAGE for American women) or drop to a size 0 and hope you can make it as a regular (i.e. superskinny) model. There's no in between. If you do fall into that no-man's-land between a 0 and an 8, well, the show just doesn't know what to do with you.
But anyway. We'll get off our ANTM soapbox long enough to discuss the rest of the episode. Enrique showed up (smolderingly hot, we might add) and the girls found out they'd get to star in his new video. Lisa and Heather earned special roles with extra screen time... but in between vamping for the camera, Heather suffered some combination of seizure and fainting that was really, really freaky to watch and made us scared for her. It wasn't your typical model-faints-and-is-fine-ten-minutes-later that we've gotten used to on this show. She actually looked like she was quite sick, thanks to her ultra-pale skin and black eye makeup. Thankfully, she was okay.
Of course, Bianca didn't miss an opportunity to complain (she never would!). She managed to turn Heather's scary episode into another reason to dislike the girl. Yeah, we know that the show's editors manipulate the girls' comments, but frankly, we can't imagine Bianca's comments looking good with even the most favorable editing. She's just mean. Get her off our TVs!
At elimination, it came down to Sarah and Chantal, but Chantal's been strong all along, so she got another chance. Sarah broke down sobbing and made us wish she could've stuck around for one more week. Check out our exclusive interview with Sarah and tell us what you think!

i think the judges were correct you dont like the outfit get on with it you are not always to like the outfit that you get

Bianca needs to get over herself, its pretty pathetic of her to just lash out on Heather all the time. I mean she should be using that energy for her own looks (her hair!!) but thats my own opinion.

Chantel- Should have went home also. Two at the same time. She did give anything in the video- she did not step up to the Plate. Was Boring!!!!

I loved the video with Igesias. Heather surprise me because so looked so good; I thought it will be shy. I agree with Sarah going home because she was very uncomfortable with her body. As a model you must make every outfit your own; work your body to fit the environment as all models do. Lisa; she was good. Her body was right for the video. Lisa and Heather are the girls main competitors. I Heather and Lisa were the final 2; I'll choose Heather so far.

I'm getting sick of listening to Bianca whining about Heather getting special treatment. Please, Heather is just a more likable person than she is. Sounds like she's worried that she can't win it on her own merit. Nothing is less attractive than an insecure, nasty person.

I thought Chantal was going home because she was stiff in the video. At least Sara gave a good look and looked good in her outfit. The girls looked good in the video(Ambreal did well sliding down the pole-that's what the director wanted but Tyra criticized her). I liked the video,didn't get the concept at first but Enrique didn't do much-guess he doesn't have to. For amateurs the girls did well.
