Gossip Girl: High Society
What an amazing episode of Gossip Girl last night. We got to meet Serena's controlling and untrustworthy grandmother, CeCe, who was trying to put the kibosh on Serena and Dan's relationship. Luckily, her evil plans were uncovered and then thwarted. Unfortunately for Rufus and Lily, the secret about their past relationship didn't come out until just now, leaving Rufus to wonder what would have happened had he not let Lily push him away.
Nate notices a "certain glow" on Blair's face, not realizing it was put there by his devilishly sexy best friend, Chuck. Figuring out what you've got once it's gone is a hard pill to swallow, so Nate sets out to convince Blair to let him be her date to the upcoming Debutante's Ball. This, of course, makes Chuck jealous -- and we all know that when Chuck gets angry, he also gets even.
The evil gin-drinking grandma brought another blast from the past with her in her attempt to lure Serena back into high society, and Chuck decides to use him in his own scheme to create drama. It works, but not according to plan, so the party was over for Chuckles.
That didn't stop Nate and Blair from having a little party of their own, though! Were you all as stunned as we were about Nate and Blair steaming things back up again?
We last see poor Chuck, left broken-hearted, on his way to the airport.Awww!

Nooo!!! I hate the idea of Blair and Nate getting back together!! Nate got jealous? That's ridiculously amazing, but not enough to have Blair back!!
And those scenes.. aren't as chilling as the limo scenes..
