You know how Beauty and the Geek is supposed to chance lives, give both beauties and geeks new perspectives on their lives and their personalities, and open horizons for all involved? Yeah, sometimes it works out better than others.

That’s the only explanation we can come up with for this news, as reported by Buddy TV: Megan Hauserman, who swept to victory in Season Three as partner to the beloved Scooter, (and, more importantly, alternative to the universally reviled CeCe) is in the running for Season Two of the terrifyingly tacky Rock of Love with Bret Michaels. Yep, that’s the VH1 reality show in which the washed-up former lead singer of the 80s hair-metal band Poison tried to find true love by putting a bevy of underclad hotties through deep, soul-searching challenges such as a phone sex competition and an album cover shoot.

Quoth the beauty: “I think that I was born to be a rock star girlfriend. I was! I can't even help it. It's like a calling, like, nurses… I mean nuns… they feel a calling, they have to go to the convent. That's me! I feel it! It's calling me. It's meant to be. I can't even help it.”

Wowie.
