Girlicious Premiere: Karaoke, Claws, and Nelly Furtado!

Last night's Pussycat Dolls season opener didn't disappoint. The claws were out from the get-go between Natalie and Charlotte, Jenna had to be taken to the hospital and we were treated to a guest star appearance by Nelly Furtado!

We started out with the girls introducing themselves to each other and everyone seemed to be in high spirits. Soon, the girls were broken off into five teams of three and that's when it got ugly. Natalie didn't like Charlotte's attitude and determined that since they look similar, she'd probably have to take her out as quickly as possible, however she could. Apparently, this included not letting Charlotte borrow Natalie's boots for a night out on the town. Now, while that was kind of rude, we have to ask the questions -- why didn't Charlotte pack her own boots? She packed her own clothes, didn't she? She knew she'd have to wear hot shoes to go along with whatever going out outfits she packed, so where are her boots?

Once everyone was dressed, the ladies made their way to a bar for some karaoke. After picking out a song at random from the bottom of a hat, the girls sang Sugar Ray's "Fly" in front of the band's lead, and the show's host, Mark McGrath. Ilsa, wowed Nelly Furtado with her rendition of the star's song, "I'm Like a Bird."

Back at the house, Jenna told the show's producers how she hadn't been feeling well and was taken to the hospital, finding out that she had a ruptured cyst. Apparently this could have caused her to go into a coma, but she was back and rehearsing the following day.

When it came to criticism, the coaches didn't pull any punches either. Eric Dawkins wasn't feeling Keisha's voice as they practiced En Vogue's "Never Gonna Get It." Pussycat Dolls creator Robin Antin was still giving Jenna some razzing regardless of her being in a wheelchair. Choreographer Mikey Minden let Charlotte have it while they rehearsed her team's dance routine.

In the end, the girls sent home were Keisha (which we're really upset about), Kristin (who seemed really sweet) and Charlotte (who we didn't really like).

What did you think of this week's episode? Did the judges choose the right contestants to send home? Does anyone else think that Jenna looks like Lily Allen?
