Chuck Bass: What is it about bad boys that makes us melt? Chuck is very, very naughty, and we wouldn’t want him any other way. He indulges in just about every vice available, and he can be viciously mean, but we can’t help but think he’d be a heck of a good time.
Bert "Sock" Wysocki: Sock is all id, and we love it! This cuddly teddy bear of a guy knows how to enjoy life, and he’ll make sure you’re having a good time, too. Be ready for anything on a date with Sock – you never know what could happen!

The Devil: There’s a reason we call folks charming devils or handsome devils. That’s because the big man himself may be the most charming, handsome and just plain smooth person on the planet! OK, there’s that whole embodiment of evil thing, but that’s a small price to pay for a catch like this!

Dean Winchester: This handsome Hunter has a bevy of girlfriends across the country, and oh, what we wouldn’t give to get on that list. His looks alone are enough to leave you breathless, but when you add in his charm, his sense of humor, and his habit of helping the helpless and saving the world, you’ve got one hell of a man. Even demons can’t resist him!
Ben: Ben is the Workbench’s smooth-talking lothario, the kind of guy who could make any woman swoon. But underneath those suave good looks is a sweet guy – did you see how he fussed over Winston, the (unfortunately demonic) pet bird? He’s the sort of guy you’d be proud to take home to Mom, but still happy to meet out at a bar.

I think that Tom Welling AKA Clark Kent is the without any need of a poll or a debate the hottest man on the CW TV and in the world.
