Girlicious: Have You Got Charisma?
Is it just us or does it seem as though there are a lot of bullies in the Girlicious household? For some reason, most of the girls seemed to be picking on poor, tall, redheaded Ilisa, saying that she isn't "Girlicious" enough. Some of the girls were sent into gales of laughter when Ilisa offered to help them with their routine. To make matters worse, when Ilisa confronted Natalie and Chrystina about feeling like an outcast, the two went back to their bitchy gossiping ways, saying that Ilisa is too weird and doesn't know how to interact with girls. Excuse us, but wasn't it just last week that Natalie was in tears because the other girls in the house couldn't stand her? How quickly we forget. Seriously, if Natalie ends up being one of the final three, we will have no faith in humanity.
Before this week's immunity challenge, the girls got to experience the charisma of Pussycat Doll frontwoman, Nicole Scherzinger, live. She sang a song off of her new album, Her Name is Nicole, and gave the girls some advice on confidence and charisma. Afterwards, the three groups had to perform one of the Pussycat Doll's songs in front of an audience made up of their fan demographic: young girls. For us, it was the best part of this week's episode. Girls like Tiffany, Alexis and Jenna were dropped down a few pegs. Everyone who was hating on Ilisa got to hear that she was one of the fan favorites, which we were thankful for. It just goes to show, different is good, different stands out and if you've got talent it will trump a cookie-cutter pretty face.
At the elimination competition, all three teams did such a good job of performing, the judges decided to make the elimination based on individual performances, rendering no one but Natalie -- who had won immunity -- safe from hanging up her pink boa (which might be even cheesier than the sash cutting of Crowned). In the end, it was Alexis who would hear the words, "I'm sorry, you will not be in Girlicious," from Robin Antin. Don't feel bad for Alexis, though; she's already got a CD out (check out her interview with Jason C. for more on that) and she has incredibly white teeth. Oh, and if you didn't hear it from her already, she's really smart and really talented.
Next week's episode is bringin' the makeovers, and we can't wait! We hope Robin goes Tyra on their butts. What do you think of this week's episode? Do you think the right girl went home?

Ilisa's gorgeous. Natalie, miss thang Chrystyna, and Jenna need to fall into a hole and never come out. Gave me flashbacks of every nasty bitch I ever went to high school with. Nicole was no better for braying like a billy goat when Ilisa offered to help.
Carrie, Ilisa, Jamie....those are the only girls left who aren't worthless. Maybe Tiffanie.
