Congrats to Matthew Settle... But What's Up With Rufus?
A big congratulations to Gossip Girl actor Matthew Settle, who just found out he's going to be a dad. Matthew and model/actress wife Naama Nativ are expecting their first child, a rep for the star told to Life & Style magazine.
Matthew was bursting with joy at the news during the Hamptons premiere party, an attendee told the magazine. “He was sitting on a golf cart with Naama waiting to be taken up the driveway to the Estate, and he just blurted it out. He seemed so pumped about it, and Naama was glowing. And even though Matthew had to mingle with his cast-mates and the show’s producers during the party, he was so attentive to her. It was sweet.”
Less sweet are the Rufus rumors we're hearing. They're semi-spoilery, so they're after the jump...
This report from Michael Ausiello, who says he's getting a definite Rufus/Vanessa hookup vibe. Take a look at his interviews from the party -- he talks to Jessica Szohr about the possibilities at about the 2:40 mark. Jessica seems to give the idea credence, but Matthew says it's just Michael's imagination running wild. We hope so. We can't imagine Rufus having a relationship with his teenage son's best friend! Come on, show -- Rufus is the moral center of the Gossip Girl universe. If he goes off the rails, we don't know what we'd do!

Haha... Sorry but I like Rufus with younger women... And yes, I saw their great chemistry already in a earlier episode... Although I love Rufus/Blair more;)
I wished an appereance of Naama in Gossip Girl as Rufus' new love. But now she is preggy;)
