I like the Scott brothers and the clips you showed of them were great. However those clips were pretty much the bulk of their interactions. The Winchesters are in almost every scene together. They have a ton more interaction than the Nate and Luke do.

The SN clips you chose were fine but there are so many better ones that you could have highlighted. This is by far the best sibling relationship I have ever seen represented on a TV show. My vote obviously goes to Sam and Dean.

There really is no contest, Supernatural owns this one and deserves to win.

Until one of the brothers on OTH sacrifices their soul for the other, Winchesters have the major upper hand on this sourcie.

The name Supernatural might make you think the show is just about things that go bump in the night, but the main storyline of this show is the relationship between the Winchester brothers and the amazing lengths they go to to protect each other. So for this one, my vote goes 100% entirely to Supernatural.

OTH hasn't stood a chance in any of the polls Supernatural has been in.

Dean and Sam have sacrificed more for each other than Nathan and Lucas ever have. Nate and Lucas have had each others backs, yeah, but I don't think one of them would go to hell for the other. I just don't see either of them doing that.

I love the Scott brothers. They are always there for each other, givng advice and supporting the other. But when Lucas sells his soul for Nathan. Call me. Until then, my vote goes to the Winchesters.

If there are brothers who have done it all is the Winchesters. One of them is literally going to hell and back and the other was (and probably still is) willing to sacrifice anything just to save him. As for moments, you can see the love they have for each other just by a look. Combine them with words, they just make me wanna cry. This show has, is and always will be about brothers. So they do deserve to win this more than any other Sourcie.

BTW, I do agree that better clips could have been chosen for both sets of brothers.

I watch and like both shows.

Ok, yes, I DO like Supernatural more ... the chemistry between Jared/Sam and Jensen/Dean is just .. frankly, much better than the Chad/Lucas and James/Nathan chemistry.

Then there is the quality of acting too...

So even if the "brotherly moment" storylines/scenes had been more equal (which obviously they weren't) .. I would still be choosing SPN over OTH because of the acting/chemistry.

Now, in regards to the sourcie, I watch both OTH and SN, and I love both shows... however, I just had to go with SN on this one. From Dean confessing he doesnt want to go to hell, to Sam trying any and every way he can possibly think of to get Dean out of the deal, even if it means his own death, to Deans finale death scene, and the wee!chester flashbacks... for me, this one goes to SN, no contest. The Scott brothers are great and all... but the Winchesters win.

I don't know about you, but in my opinion nothing can compare to the relationship the Winchesters have. I mean, come on, Dean sold his soul for his brother and went to hell.Those two say more with their eyes than with words witch is perfect. They don't need chick flick moments but they show every second the love they share for each other. From the childhood to the present they have taken care of themselves and have done everything possible one for the other...
So Go the WINCHESTERS!

Oops wrong episode title - clearly you've got No Rest for the Wicked. After 3 seasons the title are getting harder to remember. :) Interesting how you edited them though. You could have used one less scene and not edited out important parts of the dialogue which is what made them such great BROTHER scenes. Like you probably could have left out the part with Dean dead and left in more of the part where, after Sam says he's not going to let Dean go to Hell and Dean says yes you are, where he tells Sam why. It showed more of the depth of their mutual love for each other, they are interacting, responding to each other's feelings.

Sam and Dean Winchester definitely deserve the win. But I have to say I don't think you picked the best brother moments. The scenes from Fresh Blood and No Rest for the Wicked ought to be in there. These scenes are okay but aren't even close to being the best ones.

No question about this Sourcie - SUPERNATURAL deserves to be the outright winner of this one, without doubt.

There are so many wonderful, touching moments between the brothers throughout the seasons and even though the clip didn't show them, there are just as many hilarious moments between Sam and Dean also, eg "I lost my shoe" moment, "I'm Batman!" moment, the entire episode of 'Tall Tales', the list goes on and on..............

Besides which, the very heart of the show IS the brothers, it just doesn't get any better than that!

No contest Winchesters are the best. The way they relate to eachother is so wonderfully displayed by Jared and Jensen, they are the new generation of really good actors.
(BTW I did the math and OTH didn't get a lot of sourcies at all. 13 nominations and only 4 wins, so far)

So far, with no intention to offend, the other CW shows haven't stood a chance in any of these polls when either SPN or OTH, or both are in contention. It makes it interesting as both shows have really big followings behind them.

Me, I'm all about the SPN and the Winchesters to me are the ultimate brotherly duo. I mean the show is at heart, beyond all the supernatural stuff, a show about these two brothers, thats it. I don't watch OTH but from what I can gather there are other MAIN characters, in SPN Sam and Dean ARE the characters, with all others used to supplement their relationship and interactions with each other.

Its the brothers and the brothers moments that make this show the brilliant show it is today.... Winchesters all the way!

OTH did have some good brotherly moments, but Supernatural had GREAT brotherly moments.

It's rather hard to compete with "one literally dying in order to save the other."
But there's so much more to brotherly moments than just the "big" stuff.

I really think that, in every scene of every show, the chemistry is better ... more like REAL brothers, on Supernatural. It isn't always the words on the page, but the way they are delivered, that make the moments credible.

Man that was a tough one for me! I love both of the shows but I had to vote for Supernatural. Luke and Nathan (OTH) have a great brother relationship, but they don't risk their lives for each other on a daily basis!!

I still get teary when Jamie says "Mama?" and runs to his mom and dad!! AND...when Sam is holding Dean's dead body...I refuse to believe that he's not coming back!! :(

I'm going with Supernatural because I am more invested in this show than I thought I'd ever be about a show. However, I have to say that One Tree Hill has been a favorite of mine since it started and the Scott brothers would definitely be my second choice.
