Supernatural Podcast: "Provenance"
Supernatural hits us with yet another creepy little girl in this tale of a haunted portrait that likes to separate owners from their heads. But the ghost story is only one of the many, many reasons to love this episode. A kick-ass chick! The Disco room! Sam and Sarah kiss! Dean enjoys better living through firearms! Plus, we learn more than we ever wanted to about antique toys. Icky!
Mia and I both dug the episode a lot -- and hey, we also loved how the guys always manage to dig perfectly symmetrical graves. We revel in the in-jokes, compare the creepiness factor of American Girl dolls vs. old-time human-hair dolls, and contemplate who would be most qualified to paint Mia's portrait. Plus, get the inside story on that disco room, and find out what the guys did when they first saw it!

I loved the podcast! This one was one of my favourite episodes... It makes me happy too! Sarah was such a strong presence, I really like the actress. it is too bad they couldn't bring her back soemtime. that would make me a happy camper.

I was actually waitin for this eps podcast since forever,coz,for one,i wanted to hear Sarah's reaction to the chick's name& second for some reason this was one of my favourite eps of this season.It never appears in any top eps list,but it was a wholesome episode,where everything just worked including the poignant moments& creepy factor.Another reason for my inclination towards this episode is probably the fact that Dean was in lesser layers in this one&was looking DAMN GOOD,especially in the grey Henley & T- shirt..Yeah..Yeah..I m superficial..I know.
Oh! & i would so kill to get my hands on that Pic!not literally!.I guess,these guys had a lot of fun shooting this ep which explains why most scenes in season1 gag reel were from this episode.
And did anyone notice that Dean referred to Sam as "Jared" in one of the later scenes where he was showing the disimilarities between the painting.HeHe!

this is actually one of the first episodes i've seen of supernatural that had me hooked on it ever since. dude, this ep... at night when it first aired... freaked me out to death. especially when sarah look up and that creepy girl was like staring at her with pale skin and darkened eyes. yeah at that point, i didn't know that sam and dean had dealt with spirits before and i was basically screaming at the tv 'omg! get out of there sam!! sam!! come on!!!' haha btw loooooved that moment where dean tried to break the glass with the butt of the gun then was like 'c'mon dean!' to himself. haha you gotta <3 dean winchester.
yeah the girl here was pretty kick ass. didn't scream every moment she saw that girl too. i mean the first time when her friend's head was cut off she screamed and you cant blame her. i screamed too!

i think sarah isn't particularly psyched about the next ep, but omg! the return of john winchester and the first time the brothers encounter vampires and learn of the colt. awesome awesome. poor john there are so many people who don't like him, but seriously... he is doing the best he can. he really loved mary and it devastated him so much to cause him to lose sight of the next most important thing; his children.

Sarah Supernatural makes everyone happy,great podcast, this episode is one of my favorites, was good to see again,but I see episodes of night and not during the day as you,then they are creppy...
Oh and I too would like to see the photo of Jared and Jensen in bed with the pose Disco
