90210: What We Loved, What Bugged

Loving
*Kelly Taylor and Brenda Walsh are back! We're really happy the writers didn't try to pretend the two of them could avoid drama altogether. They're still fighting over guys; there's a lot of passive-aggressive behavior and they still look EXACTLY the same.*Silver and Dixon's relationship. Those two couldn't be cuter and sweeter with each other. Sure, they have some things to learn about being honest (Dixon didn't want to admit he really wanted to go to the dance, Silver was living in her car for a while...) but these two make our hearts melt.
*Grandma Wilson. We'll say it -- she might be our favorite character on the show. Any grandma who says she's going to, "let (her) freak flag fly" is one we want to party with. At the same time, we're not so sure we'd be comfortable having her as our grandma.*Adrianna's drug addiction plotline. This was one of the more interesting stories we've seen so far this season. While we know drugs are bad (mkay) we could understand how the pressure being put on Adrianna was too much for her to handle. We were also really happy to see how Navid stepped it up and got her into rehab. Navid was underused at that point -- we like him better as a hero instead of a wing man.
*Naomi and Ethan's relationship past. These two obviously have a long history together and even when they're apart they know how to make the drama happen.
*Hot teacher Ryan. How come we never had any teachers like Mr. Matthews when we were growing up? He's smart, funny, actually cares about what he's doing and he's a lot of fun to look at.
Not a Fan
*There isn't enough Grandma Wilson! When you've got an actress as fantastic as Jessica Walter, you need to use her to your advantage. She's funny, an odd voice of reason and lives with Annie and Dixon -- you'd think we would see more of her.*This probably isn't going to make us a lot of friends but Annie kind of bugs us. Maybe it's because we're getting old or maybe we're just jealous of her pant-size (or lack thereof) but Annie sometimes annoys. She makes a lot of selfish decisions and doesn't own up to them. Instead of trying to sympathize with Naomi's feelings, she opted to go behind her back to get what she wanted -- Ethan.
*Kelly feeling like she has dibs on every man she's ever dated. After Kelly decided she was going to try to make things work with her baby daddy Dylan, Brenda had every right to fool around with Ryan. There's no need for Kelly to be greedy about the men -- there are plenty more to go around.
*The lead-up to Annie and Ethan's relationship. Again, there are many of you who will hate us for saying this, but Annie and Ethan's relationship started under bad circumstances. Dixon and Silver might need to be more honest with each other, but these two have needed couple's counseling since before they even started dating.
*Naomi's attitude problem. Ok, we're torn on this one. Sometimes we love it and sometimes we hate it. When she uses her powers for good (out to dinner with her dad and his mistress) we find it funny. When she uses her powers for evil (any time she's mean to Silver) it's obnoxious.
So what do you think of the show so far? Are you addicted? Were we totally wrong? Were we totally right? Let us know in the comments!

I have to say that I am in agreement with most of your points. Annie is kind of annoying and imature. I don't love her like I did Brenda in the orginal. I love Naomi! Sometimes you love her and sometimes you want to smack her but you definitely don't ignore her! Silver and Dixon are too cute together! I love the grandma, what a hoot!
