Need proof? Kristin co-founded an organization, Girls by Design, to help teen girls explore, express, create and realize their potential. Now Girls by Design is co-sponsoring a retreat for teen girls in the LA area, designed to help them balance their lives. They're holding a contest to select 30 girls to attend, free of charge.
