For the record, I didn't vote for any of these. SPN (though Jared is the sexiest thing alive) was kinda sad, since Sam only had sex with Ruby 'cause he was basically broken to pieces. And the whole Dean/Anna moment was entirely too corny for words. Naley was disgusting. I felt like I was watching my parents have sex. And I don't give a rat's ass about Chuck and Blair.

But the Supernatural sex scene's are always shot very.... well very HOT! I challenge anyone to watch any sex scene from Supernatural and NOT be turned on. It's all in the filming, not the actual context.

I don't watch SPN so I don't fully understand about Ruby. I get that she's bad but to me that scene was hot!!

Naley were sweet, but my vote goes to CB because although this wasn't the 'sexiest' scence I LOVE them.

How is this even a contest?? SERIOUSLY?! Jared and Jensen are the hottest boys on the CW, much less television and we get two scenes! Come on SPN fans help me out here!

The Naley scene was HOT!! James and Joy still have great chemistry even after six seasons. That was the hottest OTH scene of the season. Hopefully there will be more hot Naley scenes in season 7.

If I did not watch SPN then the Sam/Ruby scene would have been HOT! But because of the storyline and the fact that Sam had sex with a demon, the scene was more creepy than hot. Jared is hot shirtless though.

The Dean/Anna scene was really cheesy and did not really flow for their storyline. Their scene was really awkward and weird.

The Dean/Cassie scene from Season 1 was way hotter than this one. The Sam/ Madison scene from Season 2 was also a hot scene. The scenes from this season don't compare to the other scenes.

A better GG scene should have been picked. I love CB but that scene wasn't really hot. It was just them talking and Blair taking off some clothes. CB have hotter scenes than that one. The other characters on the show have hotter scenes than that one as well.

Ugh. I'd always vote for Supernatural - no other show could ever compare. But, seriously? The sex scenes between Ruby and Sam and between Dean and Anna were the two most unnecessary moments of the whole series, so far. So, sorry. But NO WAY am I going to vote for THAT!

If it was just Dean and Anna I would probably vote for it, but there is NO WAY I'll vote for Sam and Ruby since everything about that scene was repulsive. Any category that includes Season 4's Ruby, OTH is welcome to win.

Voted Naley, I think its unfair Supernatural have 2 pairings, compared with Gossip Girl and One Tree Hill only having one.

No doubt Supernatural fans have come out in full force to vote, even if they didn't like the scene.

I love all 3 shows as well but out of the 3 Naley was the hottest. I hated Sam/Ruby and didn't really care about Dean/Anna..

Chuck/Blair took forever for them to reach that point.

I've always vote for Supernatural but this time, I've vote for OTH. I've nothing about Ruby in the beginning of this season lol. The problem, they've make sex cause Sam was desperate and drunk cause his brother was in hell. It's not very hot. The scene with Nathan and Haley is very hot.

I wish we could vote for Dean/Anna without Ruby/Sam attached. The Ruby/Sam scene was a huge turn-off.

I would have voted for SPN if it had just been dean/anna in the impala. That was hot and sweet at the same time. But you had to shove sam/ruby in there as well, which was dirty/wrong/bad but so not in a good way. Between GC's wooden acting and JP's scrunchy, look-at-me-be emo sex-face, the scene just weirded me out.

So I ended up voting for chuck and blair even though GG isn't nearly a good a show as SPN.

Sam/Ruby is painful, as is supposed to be, between the almost dead body and the absence of chemistry chemistry is a hideous scene.

Dean/Anna is not hot, they have the same enthusiasm that people have for homework.

NALEY is ok.

Blair/Chuck is great, fun and sexy. The character really seem to be tune in to each other

I adore Chuck and Blair and their scene was hot but i feel that it wasn't in the same segment as the others.It was more seduction/sexual frustration rather than actual raw sex which appeared in the other 3 scenes.It would have been better to go with their scene from season 2 episode 7 which was even hotter than this one.That would have given them a chance here.

I voted for Naley. I love SN, but the Sam/Ruby scene made me want to gouge out my eyes while throwing up. The Dean/Anna scene was was almost as bad. The only love scene on SN that has ever been hot was Dean/Cassie in season one (and I loathed that episode as well as the character of Cassie, but the sex scene was hot).

I voted for Chuck and Blair. I can't believe the voting is so low. While Sam and Ruby were hot too look at the fact that hey was sleeping with a demon ruined the moment. And the Dean/Anna scene had the titanic hand part which was so cheesy it might as well have been sponsored by Kraft. I love SPN but this has to go to Chair. Nathan/Haley? Sam/Ruby? They were both damn sexy, but that scene showed Sam at his lowest sinking into something that pretty much destroyed his life and his relationship with his brother. Angsty and dramatic, yes. Hot? Not really.

And Dean/Anna? Cheesy music, a total overdoing of the flowery innocence and so much sickly sweetness, not to mention the single lamest moment on the entire show (Titanic homage in Supernatural, what the hell were the writers/directors smoking that day?!), that scene was just lame. Not even Jensen Ackles naked back could make up for that.

I love this show, but there's no way in hell I can vote for it this time round. And while we're on the subject, I agree with Jessica that it's completely unfair to include two couples in the Supernatural vote. Try pitting Sam/Ruby against Dean/Anna and we'd have a much fairer vote. I don't watch OTH but it seems pretty obvious to me from the comments and the current scores that OTH deserves to win. The SPN categories votes are getting bulked out by people only voting for one of the two scenes.

How in the world anyone thinks Nathan and Haley are "hot" is incomprehensible to me. She's the antithesis of a hottie, and he's just this homegrown boring all-american dork, and watching them have sex is like watching a family member. It's gross.

Also, Dean/Anna was not hot, at all. She's not sexy. That sex was pretty, and Dean's BACK was hot, but the entire thing? No.

Sam/Ruby on the other hand, was ridiculously hot. Sinful and dirty and unexpected and rough and Jared Padalecki is sex on a platter, holy crap.

The Winchester boys haven't actually had a hottest moment scene in a long long time. I guess it has been Dean trying to save Sam in season 2 and himself in season 3 that got him so sidetracked. The boys hot bodies returned in season 4 and they were awesome.
